The Fuerteventura region
Located at the hillside of the mountain, with spectacular panoramic views to the sea and Caleta de Fuste in the Canary Island of Fuerteventura. Our development is emplaced in a tourist area on the East Side of the Island, surrounded by low depth beaches of beautiful crystalline turquoise waters, ideal for families due to their tranquil waters, beauty and relaxing environment.
Caleta de Fuste / Montana Blanca area
If you look around Caleta de Fuste, you will notice that it does not have a significant old town. This is because it is a purpose built holiday resort. It has been created around the original cove, because this offered a safe, sheltered environment for beach activities. Caleta is Spanish for cove and a fuste is a type of fishing boat. The large beach at Caleta de Fuste has been created from pale golden sand, that was brought in especially for the purpose. Over time the sand has compacted, but unlike some other locations where the man made beach has been removed by nature, the beach at Caleta de Fuste remains relatively intact. A plan to improve the main beach has improved and over 4 million euros will be spent on the project during 2008 and 2009. Further beaches have been created parallel to the Sheraton and Elba Carlotta Hotels and the Atlantico commercial centre. They were made by creating lagoons where there was once solid rock, and then importing sand for the beach. These beaches have now settled in and the sea there is generally calm. They look good and are conveniently placed for a quick sunbathe when you are shopping.
These beaches have been created hand in hand with the quality hotels that have been constructed to the south of the original part of Caleta.
How to get there
5 minutes from the airport by car. You can hire a car in the airport pre bokking before you arrive at the island. you can find many companies in internet. other option is take a taxi: 15€ one way. We can arrange for picking up at the airport when required.

CONFIRMATION FOR RENTAL Once dates are chosen, we would be getting in touch with you straight away, in order to clarify such information and proceed to send over the correspondent data for you to be able to accomplish a down payment through a bank transference of 20% of the total cost, for the amount of days and season required. Once we have received such transaction, the reservation will be concluded and a confirmation of such will be sent over to you.
KEY HAND OVER
At your arrival, you will be given the correspondent set of keys to the property, after accomplishing with the rest of the payment outstanding for the agreed period.
Entry and Exit Time tables: Entry to the property is established from 14.00 p. m on wards. Exit of the property is established up till 12.00 mid day.
METHOD OF PAYMENT 20% on reservation. 80% at key collecting in cash + 300 euros in cash as a deposit to be returned on departure after the correspondent key handover.
We can arrange for picking up at the airport when required.
CANCELLATION WE WILL ADMIT CANCELLATIONS UP TILL 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE, ALWAYS KEEPING 5% OF THE RENTAL PRICE FOR THE AGREED PERIOD TO COVER FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES.
