This modern luxury villa is situated on the hillside overlooking the charming resort of Caleta de Fuste with stunning views of the harbour, beaches, golf courses. Perfect location, just 10 mins to the airport. The town, beaches, shops, restaurants, hotels, cinema and golf courses are only 5 mins by car (20 mins walk) Villa is set over 2 levels with private pool and landscaped gardens. The property has 2 wonderful balconies which are just to the place to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful views. The pool is on the upper level facing south with BBQ and patio area. For people who like some shade from the sun there is a lovely wooden Pergola with timber floor, patio dining set and chairs overlooking the pool. The lower level of the garden is spacious with a great sunbathing area. The villa has been furnished to an extemely high standard throughout and equipped with all modern conveniences to make your stay a wonderful experience.

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is famous for its fantastic beaches and sand dunes. All variety of watersports are available, along wit fishing, horse riding and buggy rides. Caleta de Fuste is a great base if you plan to expolre the island due to its central location and do not have a long jouney on your arrival. Caleta de Fuste is home to the islands first golf course and everthing you need in close proximity. The capital of the island Puerta Rosario is only 12 kms away.

The town of Caleta de Fuste has shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, boutiques, 2 golf courses, mini golf, supermarkets, cinema etc. Ther are two 5 star hotels, The Sheraton and The Elba Palace Golf along with a number of 4 star hotels. There are taxi ranks with fare from town to the villa costing 3.50 Euros approx. and from the airport 15 Euros approx.

Further details indoors: Large open plan lounge/dining room with fantastic sea views. Chocolate brown leather sofas. Dining table with 6 leather chairs. 37in flat screen Tv. Satellite TV. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All windows have shutter type roller blinds. Patio table and chairs on 2 balconies.
Further details outdoors: Covered shower area outside by pool. The pool is heated by a solar pool cover which is very effiecient. The cover needs to be put on each evening (just takes a minute) to retain water tempeture. Pool cleaned twice weekly. The patio area by the pool has sunloungers, BBQ, pergola with patio dining set for 6 people and 2 easy chairs.
Further details
We request no pets or smoking in the villa. Guests who wish to smoke may use the outside terraces and patio areas. The villa would not be classed as wheelchair accessible in the strictest terms, however guests have just one step to negotiate via front door to acess the upper level of house which has living area, bathroom, master bedroom, kitchen, pergola, pool and patio area. Villa has a stairs so small children would have to be monitored. The villa will be cleaned prior to arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed after 7 days during a 2 week stay.Pool cleaned twice weekly. We recommend that guests provide their own beach towels.
Conditions
A non- refundable booking deposit of 25% is payable within 5 working days to secure your booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of deposit you will receive a confirmation of reservation by e-mail. Cancellation of booking will result in forfeit of entire booking deposit. A deposit of 200 Euro/£150 GBP will be payable on collection of keys on arrival in event of any damage and refunded after inspection at check out. We will endeavour to accommodate all guests on arrival/departure times. Normally, the villa will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and we request vacation by 11am on day of departure.
