Casa Bonita a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom air conditioned house with its own private underground parking space and a communal pool that has the backdrop of an eye catching cascading waterfall situated in a tranquil position with the added bonus of being right in the centre of Caleta. Casa Bonita is just a 10 minute drive from the airport and just a two minutes stroll away there is a host of bars shops retaurants and beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep. This property is part of an exclusive private developement of only 13 duplex style houses with gated private entrance accesible only by residents through an electronic intercom controlled gate.

Conditions

This is an non smoking property.
Smoking is only allowed on the outside terraces.
No pets allowed.
A breakage deposit of 150 pounds 220 euros is payable on arrival to be refunded on the day of departure once the property has been fully checked.
We are flexible with the changeover days. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to assist you. We endeavour to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 3pm arrival 10am departure

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is the hidden gem of the Canary Islands with beaches that rival any found in the Caribbean.
All year round sunshine and temperatures that never drop below 22 degrees even in winter make Fuerteventura an all year round resort and ideal holiday location. Dramatic volcanic landscapes lagoon beaches crystal clear waters white sand beaches ancient history musuems breathtaking churches sacred mountains quaint little villages there is something for everyone.

The Caleta de Fuste / Central Caleta area

Caleta de Fuste has a sandy gently shelving lagoon beach perfect for families and non swimmers sunbeds and parasols can be hired . Watersports including diving windsurfing pedaloes deep sea fishing boat trips and an Oceanarium can be found by the harbour. There are plenty of shops bars and plenty of restaurants with a choice of typically canarian tapas fish mexican indian portuguese steak fish something to tempt everyone.
There are two golf courses within a three minute drive of the property one being an 18 hole championship golf course which held the Spanish Open in 2004. The Atlantico centre is twenty minutes stroll from the property or a two minute bus ride and here you will find a further selection of great restaurants bars boutique style shops and a large Eurospar supermarket. There is also a cinema complex showing English films and a bowling alley with amusements. In front of the Atlantico centre are lagoon beaches with pedaloes sunbeds and parasols for hire. Caleta is central to the island and the stunning sand dunes in Corralejo are only a forty minutes drive away where you can find the Baku Water Park and new Animal Kingdom. The Caribbean beaches which stretch for thirty five miles down south in Jandia are just over an hours drive away. Inland the quaint villages and ancient churches are less than a 15 minutes drive away.

“First class accommodation in excellent location.” From booking to arriving home everything was made easy. Greeted by Angela who was very helpful and always on hand.Accommodation was spotless and ideally located for the beach and restaurants. Will definitely use again.
