An outside staircase leads to a large fully tiled sun terrace on the first floor, offering a 360° view taking in the golf course, the local mountains, the Atlantic Ocean and you can even see the local yacht marina in the distance. The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is the longest, and the second largest of the Canary Islands. Despite its size it still remains sparsely populated, and has not undergone mass tourism development. The 265km of coastline offers beautiful fine sandy beaches that transform Fuerteventura into a paradise island. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities on the islands and many protected natural landscapes that can be visited.
We have some of the best surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing facilities available in Europe plus great diving opportunities within the clear blue waters around Fuerteventura. Plus of course, for the golfers amongst you, we have a championship 18-hole Golf Course directly across from our villa!
Inland, Fuerteventura also offers beautiful mountain scenary and great opportunities for nature lovers and outdoor pursuits enthusiasts. The terrain is particularly suited to off-road motor sports and there are excellent bike, quad and 4x4 tours and excursions within Fuerteventura.
Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area
The golf resort is located in the middle of the east coast, close to Costa Caleta. This central location offers the ideal base for exploring the island. Costa Caleta is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Costa Caleta is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment, and fun areas for small children. On Saturday mornings there is an African Market offering a wide variety of souvenirs which are rich in African culture. There are a wide variety of excursions available at Costa Caleta, including trips to the endless beaches in the South, the sand dunes in the North, La Lajita Zoo and Botanical Garden, camel rides, water park, catamaran and boat fishing trips, to mention but a few. At the entrance to the golf course resort {10 min. walk from the villa} you will find the new Atlantico Commercial Centre, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, a large supermarket, a cinema, a bowling alley, and charming up market shops. You will also find a large 'Spar' supermarket which will cater for all your food requirements. There are restaurants and bars overlooking the promenade and sea, with a pizza restaurant and a burger bar for snacks. There is a small games/entertainment area for the children and a ¾ length bowling alley (with a bar) for the whole family. There is a multiplex cinema too withoneofthe cinemasshowing ehglish filims daily. There are 2 internet terminals in the entertainment area for your convenience. Golf: Home to the Spanish Open in April 2004, a great many complimentary remarks were made about the course and the playing conditions that it has to offer. The course is a par 71 extending 6078 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th and 18th holes. The 17th a par 5 gently climbs to a well-protected green and the 18th, a par 4, is a downhill dogleg that returns to the clubhouse. The dominating breeze comes from the north, and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a player's skill. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty. On the course you will find three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them, with water fountains, several bridges, palm trees, and footpaths, making this a picturesque and relaxing course to play on. The 365 day a year course is comfortable to play, even in the middle of the day due to the constant cooling breeze.

From 115 Euro per week Complimentary bus leaves from Golf Clubhouse (near the villa) to Costa Caleta town every half hour. Local Taxis to Costa Caleta cost 3 euro from villa.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, and a large full height built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, and a large built in full height wardrobe. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Bathrooms; Bathroom 1 with bath/shower over, WC. Bathroom 2 - en suite to master bedroom with bath/shower, WC and bidet.
Kitchen; The kitchen has been upgraded to include every possible utensil that you may need and includes a large breakfast bar. It has a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and ironing board, all requirements to cook and serve for 6.
Utility Room; The utility offers a high quality Bosch washing machine, and a portable airer. The utility is an ideal storage area for diving/snorkelling or windsurfing equipment.
Living Room; The living room is bright and comfortable with a combined dining area. There is a large leather settee. The dining table seats up to 8. There is a large LCD screen TV with a home cinema sound system. This is backed up with a DVD library and satellite.
Further details outdoors: The Villa offers a roof covered patio area which provides welcome shade from the mid day sun. There is also a sun parasol to provide extra shade. There is spectacular patio furniture including a garden bench manufactured from Iroko wood in the patio area for relaxing. On the roof terrace there is a table and 4 chairs for dining. This is a wonderful dineing area for breakfast offering spectacular views to the lake on the Golf course, and the local Marina.

After your enquiry we shall hold your booking provisionally for 1 week to allow you time to book your flight.
Pool Heating Pool heating is provided free of charge by a Solar Pool Cover. This will raise the water temperature by as much as 6° {depending on the time of year}. If you require the pool to be heated by the electric pool heater, an additional charge of £50 pounds per week will be required. This will heat the water temperature up to 28° - 30° all year. Most of our guests select this option.
Mountain Bicycles We have mountain bikes available for hire with the property. We find that they are a great way to explore the island. We charge a small fee for the hire, just £ 10 pounds per week per bicycle.
Baby Chairs We have high quality baby chairs available with the property FREE of charge
Baby Cots Baby Cots with sheets are available FREE of charge
Food welcome pack We supply a welcome pack FREE of charge at the villa when you arrive. This welcome pack consists of Water, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Charcoal for the BBQ etc. If you require any extra food this can be arranged by contacting us.
We are flexible with the changeover days. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to assist you. We endeavour to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 3pm arrival 10am departure.
The villa will be cleaned upon your arrival and all linen and bath towels are provided. We ask you to bring your own towels for the swimming pool and beach. After the 1st week the villa will be cleaned, and the linen and towels will be replaced. The pool is cleaned and treated twice weekly by a professional pool cleaner.
Conditions
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Babies up to 2 years old are free. A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Once the deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed.
On arrival at the villa a fully refundable breakage deposit of £150/200 Euros in cash is required and this is returned to you once the property has been inspected upon departure.
Payment can be made by bank transferin the UK Ireland or The Canaries.
Please note we do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the island.
