About the home

The property is formed over two levels and has a generous living room, separate dining room, kitchen, utility room, three large bedrooms (two with balconies) and two bathrooms with bath, shower & w/c.

Situated in the beautiful 'La Colina' complex, set adjacent the pool, this spacious villa has been luxuriously furnished and equipped for maximum comfort and a real 'home from home' feel.

The property has a large area of tiled terrace and gardens. Providing plenty of space for outdoor dining, and sunbathing. A large bbq is conveniently located on the side sun terrace. The property also benefits from external wooden gates and screening giving high level of privacy. Being immediately adjacent the pool provides easy access to and from shared pool and lovely open outlooks.

The Fuerteventura region

The largest of the Canary Islands with stunning beaches whether you go North or South! Climate can be very hot but the lovely breeze makes it very comfortable for sun bathing or wind surfing alike. There are plenty places to visit, and equally suitable for couples or families with young children.

The Caleta de Fuste area

Caleta de Fuste is very family friendly with an array of good restaurants, bars, shops and play areas. Two golf courses, one of which is the 5 star Elba Palace Hotel & Golf Resort, which is a short walk from the villa. Facilities include driving range, putting green, buggy hire and golf shop. Also excellent dining facilities.

From Puerto Del Rosario Airport, Caleta-de-fuste is approximately 10km. Taxi's are available at the airport for a fare of approximately 15/20 euros. Car Hire for CICAR is very reasonable, especially if you book in advance.

“Everything one could hope for. Would recommend to my friends” Almost impossible to find fault. Everything seems to have beem catered for. Easy communication with owner and representative. Access from the airport and the nearby centree of activity was simple. If you don't fancy a 10 or 15 minute walk, a taxi is very readily available. The villa is modern and has all of the required amenities. If returning to Feuerteventura I would definitely use this villa again.

“Superb villa in great location” Lovely villa with great outside space and sun from first thing in the morning till last thing at night. Great location next to the communal pool area which was very clean & well looked after. Villa was a short drive from the town, so away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance if you fancied a 20 min or so walk.

“Highly reccommended” A real home away from home. The house even had a hair straightener! It was extremely clean, well kept & very comfortabley decorated. The communal pool was just beside the house. We were well looked after when we arrived & nothing seemed too much trouble. Very good shopping centre (Atlantico) a comfortable stroll away. However, taxi's were plentiful & reasonable. We would probably rent a car next time - definitely hoping to return again. Highly reccommended.

“A fantastic, immaculate villa in perfect, peaceful location.” Thanks Nicola for letting us stay at your villa. We had a great holiday. It was just like a home from home as it had everything you could need and was immaculate. We have no hesitation in recommending your villa to anyone wanting to visit Caleta De Fuste as the location of it is just right - away from the centre of town but within easy reach of everything. Well what can I say about your villa. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect, even better than we thought. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious and is in a lovely residential area so very peaceful. The pool, which is only steps away, is a lovely chilled out area to sunbathe although you dont need to move from the villas spacious grounds, or just watch the world go by from the upstairs terrace.
We were picked up from the airport by Debbie who is an absolutely brilliant person who could not have done any more to help us. She even took my husband to the supermarket for some shopping when we arrived as it was quite late.
The villa is near to the Atlantico Shopping Centre where we would walk often for tapas. The main centre is also a short walk away 3 euros in a taxi. We would go there for our evening meal usually.

"Just to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday in your villa. It is absolutely beautiful and had everything we wanted. The location is great, and it has great views to the sea and the hills. Loved the balcony on the master bedroom, and lovely to wake up to the sunshine and views every morning. The villa had everything that we wanted, and we will definitely book again. That was our 4th visit to Caleta De Fuste, and we have all said it was our best. It was lovely to know that we had such lovely accommodation to come back to during the day and in the evening.
