Fully fitted kitchen/diner leading to private patio with patio table and chairs and sunbeds. We have provided a DVD player, TV with Freeview and movie channels, CD player and playstation 2 for your entertainment and hope you will enjoy our house in the sun as much as we do!

Furnished throughout to a very high standard and with air conditioning. Built on 3 levels, mid level consists of spacious lounge area with 2 leather sofas and dining table with 7 table settings. For your entertainment we provide TV with Freeview + Movie channels, DVD player with an up to date selection of DVDs, CD Player and Playstation 2 for the kids (and the kids in all of us), cloak room with toilet and handbasin. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, washing machine and table and chairs. Leads to a private patio with patio table and chairs and sunbeds.
Upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with private balconies, one with partial sea view and double bed, the other with twin beds and a generous family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Lower floor consists of second lounge leading to twin bedroom (beds can be pushed together as headboards are not fixed) with en suite shower room and toilet (available for bookings of 5+) . An additional full sized single foldaway bed is available.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. Cot and high chair available. White cotton sheets and towels are provided.
Further details outdoors:
Private patio area leading to landscaped gardens and large communal pool. 100 metres from sea and coastal walk and 5 mins to a sandy beach. A cycle track can be followed along the beach and cycles can be hired very cheaply. There is a Thalassotherapy centre at the beach offering beauty treatments and massage. The harbour is easily reached offering boat trips and opportunities for diving, windsurfing and fishing. The PGA golf course is closeby. 3 min walk to find a colourful array of restaurants offering international cuisine including, Canarian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Portuguese, Greek and British cooking.
Town house located 12mins drive from the airport .Taxi fare from airport approximately 12 euros.

With 50 kilometres of fine white sand, Fuerteventura has the biggest selection of beaches of all the Canary islands. There are a total of 152 beaches. Some are wild and lonely like something from Robinson Crusoe while others bustle with tourist activity. Caleta de Fueste is well positioned for exploring all of the island and is only a short transfer from the airport. There is plenty to do there for young and old or just relax on the beautiful sandy beaches in the sun...
The Caleta de Fuste / Central Caleta area
Ideal for families and couples, Caleta de Fuste has a great climate all year long. The sheltered sandy beach is safe for bathers of all ages. For the more adventurous, windsurfing, diving and jet ski-ing are available for hire and the harbour has it's own Oceanarium with Harley the seal in residence. Boat and catarmaran trips are available to see whales and dophins and also deep sea fishing. Good amentities available for eating out with a variety of good restaurants and plenty of supermarkets and gift shops. Lovely coastal walk and cycling path. 18 hole PGA golf course 1.5 kilometeres away. Cinema complex and 10 pin bowling at the Atlantico Centre. Local Saturday outdoor market.

We have just got back from a 7 night stay at this villa and can't fault it. The villa is very clean and tidy with nice furniture. All mod cons (washing machine/microwave/dvd player/playstation/CD player/iron/hairdryer, etc). The villa is on a small complex which is very friendly and totally secure. The pool is clean and spacious with plenty of room for sunbeds. Only a short walk to a number of bars, restaurants, shops, good local supermarket, car hire, banks & more. We have already recommended this villa to our friends. Many thanks to the owners Lyn & Phil and also to the management staff. |

I holidayed with my mother and 2 sisters. The transfer time from airport was only about 10 minutes and we were absolutely delighted when we saw the townhouse. It was immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. It was very spacious and the owners had kitted it out to keep all ages and tastes satisfied with a great selection of books, videos, CDs and DVDs. There was plenty of outdoor furniture which could be taken to the lovely. large pool area. The development was very clean, quiet and private. A few minutes walk took you to the centre of the resort where you could find bars, restaurants, shops, etc. It was very close to the promenade where you could walk for miles in either direction. Overall the perfect holiday accommodation - thank you so much for sharing your home with us. |
