Newly built 2 bedroom townhouse which sleeps six, with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and fully fitted kitchen both bedrooms have twin beds and have private balconies, there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. You have a patio overlooking the pool which has a table and chairs. Sun loungers are provided for your use and other facilities are tv, dvd portable cd and radio, all mod cons in the kitchen and a travel cot and high chair for those with families. The finishings of the house are of the highest standard with marble effect tilling throughout, there is a large shared pool which is surrounded by well maintained gardens. There is also an integral garage for your use on request. We have tried to provide everything you would expect for your self catering holiday. The house is in a perfect location for the beach, restaurents, shops and bars.

The Fuerteventura region
The island of fuerteventura has some beautiful beaches, the main resort Corralejo with the amazing sand dunes also attract water sports as it can be quite windy in the northern tip, The beautiful beaches are dotted around the island are certainly worth viewing as some strech for miles with beautiful white and golden sands.
Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area
Caleta de Fuste is a very popular area for families and couples, the large horse shoe shaped beach and marina are more enclosed and you are sheltered from the warm winds, the water is shallow with golden sand there are water sports activities near the marina. Boat trips and fishing trips are also available and a 18 hole PGA golf course about 1 mile away which has hosted the Spanish open. There are many local bars and restuarents. The island, like th other Canary Islands, enjoy all year round sun, ideal for a winter break.
How to get there
Several Airlines fly to Fuerteventura such as Thompson, Thomas Cook and Ventura. As from the 28th October 2008 the low cost Airline Ryan Air will fly to the Island from Stanstead.

Further details indoors: This newly built house has everything to make you stay as comfortable as possible, all appliances are integrated, all cutlery and crockery is provided the table in the kitchen seats 6 and looks out on to the beautifully set out pool area, there is even a small table and chair on one of the bedroom balconies for you to enjoy a drink (if reqiured!!). There is a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and also a toilet downstairs ,all bed linen and towels are provided and there is also a safe if you wish to use it.
Further details outdoors: The development is 5 minutes walk from the large horse shoe shaped beach and marina and you are only 5 minutes walk away from the local restaurants and bars that are dotted around the resort. A 10 minute walk away there are more restaurants, bars and shops, there are also a good selection of small supermarkets in the area. There is a larger shopping mall (Atlantico) a five minute drive away and a PGA Standard golf course is just over 1 mile away. Caleta is only an approx 15 minute drive from the airport (approx 10 - 15 euro fare), and an approx 20 minute drive from the capital of the island.
Conditions
A £200 deposit is required on booking. We will then send you an invoice. The balance plus a £100 damage deposit is payable 6 weeks before your holiday (the damage deposit is only in case of purposely done damage, it will always be re paid within 14 days of your return). Obviously for late bookings the cost must be paid in full on booking. The amount can be paid by cheque or paid directly into our bank account either by stirling or by euros if required.
