The villa is situated on the 5 star 2004 Spanish open Golf complex offering perfection for golf enthusiasts, ideal for families as it is within easy reach to the beautiful sandy beaches and water activities. The "Atlantico" centre which is only 4 minutes drive is a new shopping complex offering a variety of entertainment including shops,bars & restaurants, multi screen cinema, and bowling alley. Our villa is furnished to high standards offering everything you require to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, and only steps away from the large communal pool with separate children's pool surrounded by landscape gardens. You can enjoy sunbathing on two large patios and terraced areas both front and rear with large gardens. Upstairs front and rear balconies enjoy both sea and mountain views.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is an island paradise with a 125 miles of magnificent beaches, golden sand dunes to the North in Corralejo and vast expanses of meandering white - sand beaches to other parts of the island that invite endless exploration and promise the ultimate escape. Situated only 115km from the African coast it offers all year round sunshine making it so appealing to sunseekers and water sport enthusiasts. It hosts the windsurfing world championships each July. There are excellent wind surfing centres providing expert tuition for enthusiasts and the complete novice. Also on offer to try is sailing,scuba diving, big game fishing, water ski-ing, paragliding, a new water park and lots more. The islands landscape is dramatic with it's volcanic mountains where you can enjoy quad biking, jeep safari, camel and horse riding. Puerto De Rosario is the islands capital home to most of the islands population. You will find the people very friendly and approachable . Enjoy good shopping or a stroll along the port stopping for a meal and a glass of good wine.It is an exotic & enchanting island.

Caleta de Fuste area

Caleta De Fuste is located in the centre of the island only 10 minutes drive from the airport which provides easy access to explore the North and South.It is a purpose built high class resort created around an original cove offering a safe sheltered enviroment for bathing activities. All kinds of water sports are available for all ages. Camel rides and a beautiful well being centre and health spar .Caleta also has everything to offer in the way of evening entertainment including a lovely marina. Further beaches expand along to the new 5 star hotels The Sheraton , Elba Palace and the Atlantico commercial centre which has many bars,restarants, shops/boutiques,hypermarket ,multi-screen cinema and bowling alley . Golfers will enjoy two golf courses one being the 18 hole superb championship course which hosted the 2004 Spanish open.It is located in the 5 star Elba Palce Hotel and is built around palm trees and surrounding lakes. This course is only a short walk from our villa. Facilities include driving range, putting green,buggies and golf shop.

How to get there

Fly to Fuerteventura - Our Villa is situated on the golf course in Calleta De Fuste .
Flights available with Thomas Cook ,My Travel , Flightlines, Excel and many others.
Just 10mins drive by taxi or car proves to be very convenient. Local taxis available at the airport approx 15 euros, or transport can be arranged for 25 euros return journey.
Car hire is available with Avis, Holiday Autos, Cicar, Hertz and various others (often cheaper if booked in England before departure)

Bedroom three twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bathroom 1 upstairs very spacious Bath/shower,wc,bidet vanity unit with marble surround. Bathroom 2 downstairs with bath,shower wc. Fully fitted kitchen integrated appliances,oven,hob,grill,fridge freezer,built in microwave,washing machine,dish washer,kettle toaster and sandwich maker. Utility room drying area and storage.

The villa is surrounded by large gardens and enjoys two patio terraces to both front and rear enjoying sun all day long. There is a dining table and chairs to seat six people. Sunbeds and views of the sea,mountains and communal pools. Upstairs balcony also has patio furniture enjoying further views of the marina .Parking is secure and gates can be locked for the saftey of young children allowing you to relax and chill out. The large communal pools are only steps away and provide showers, wc, changing facilities and sunbeds. The Elba Palace Golf Course is also only minutes away a golfers haven for the enthusiats and beginners. We boast a wonderful peaceful location but within easy reach of all the facilities on offer in Calleta De Fuste. Also centrally located to visit both the North and South of the island.Free courtesy buses to the Atlantico centre and beaches.

Our property management team Paul & Carol are English, very friendly and informative. They will endeavor to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. They offer a taxis service to and from the airport for 25 euros for both journeys and Carol being a qualified nurse also offers a baby sitting service.
Our management team will ensure the property is in immaculate order, bedlinen and towels are provided. Anyone wishing to have a mid-week clean may do so at a small supplement.

Conditions

20 % Deposit at the time of booking secures a reservation, followed by the balance 6 weeks prior to departure.
A bond to cover breakages/damages is payable to our local agent on arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay following inspection.
Sorry no pets.
Smoking not allowed indoors only outside on the terraces.
Please understand that if the booking is made for 4 people and a 3rd room is used a charge of £20 will be deducted from your returnable deposit. This is to cover additional cleaning and laundering.

Had a fantastic time lovely villa well equipped and lovely furnished. So quiet yet so near to the shops and beaches. We were amazed at the sand dunes at Corallejo.Mr & Mrs P Richmond.
Wow !! what a golf course we all had a fantastic holiday the guys enjoyed our golf, the girls the wine and the boutiques and of course the kids tried all the water sports and loved being so close to the pool. Hope to return next year. the weather was fab.Thanks alot from the Docherty's and the Bennisons.
