STUNNING private detached villa 'Casa José' overlooks the 10th tee box and 18th green on Fuerteventura's premier golf course which was host to the Spanish Open 2004. Quiet and peaceful with spectacular views of sea and mountains this brand new villa is perfect for couples and families wanting a relaxing holiday or golfers seeking a break.
Campo de Golfe, Fuerteventura's premier 18-hole is a par 70 golf course extending 6124 metres and is reached through the 5* Elba Palace Golf Hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the villa. The hotel is open to non-residents and has a café overlooking the driving range, together with an a la carte restaurant.
At the entrance to the golf course is the Atlantico centre where there is a large Eurospar, designer shops, hairdressers, tapas bars and icecream parlour. There is a 10 screen cinema and 10 pin bowling. The beach is right in front of the centre with a lovely prominade for romantic strolls.
The villa benefits from its own private heated pool and an extra upstairs sunbathing terrace which has panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Decorated to very high standards with one master bedroom and two twin bedrooms Casa José is sure to impress.

Casa Jose offers a welcome pack on your arrival so you can have a cup of tea or coffee to quench your thirst after your flight.
The villa is beautifully decorated with cream leather sofas and dark wood furniture so please no smoking inside.
The villa also provides beach towels so no need for that extra luggage.
Use of a travel cot and high chair are available FREE OF CHARGE.
There is a collection of CDs and DVDs for your entertainment.

For pool heating an additional charge of £50 per week will apply.
Flight numbers, arrival and departure times are required once known in order for our management company to meet you at the villa.
Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
€200/£150 breakage deposit required on arrival to property management company. Small breakages ie. glasses are expected and will not affect the return of the deposit.

We do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident wheather personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the vill and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the island.
Conditions
Please note arrival times is after 3.30pm with departures at 10.00am. However for your convenience if there are no other guests departing the day you arrive or arriving the day you depart these conditions do not apply and you may arrive as early, depart as late as required for your flights.
The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is one of the lesser known Canary Islands and it lies just to the south of Lanzarote. In fact it is so close that a day trip between one and the other is perfectly feasible.
Fuerteventura airport is a few miles south of the island's capital Puerto Del Rosario and transfer time to the villa is just 10 minutes.
The island is famous for its peace and quietness, goats, aloe vera, deep sea fishing, windsurfing and other water sports. If you enjoy haggling over prices, there is a colourful market on Saturday mornings in Caleta. There are plenty of bargains to be had!
Cash machines and banks are plentiful. Almost everything you would expect to buy in an English town is available in Puerto del Rosario. It also has a huge 3 storey new shopping centre called Las Rotundas.
Areas of Interest/Other resorts
Isla Lobos - Los Lobos Island - Nature Reserve - Just a short boatride away from Corralejo. You'll have the wonderful view back to Fuerteventura and the chance to spot plants and birds not to be found anywhere else on the planet. Above all, an experience of serenity and privilege awaits those that make the little effort required
El Cotillo - small rustic little fishing village dedicated to the virgin of good travel (Virgin de Buen Viaje)!
American Star Shipwreck - On a small remote beach (Playa de Garcey) on the west coast of Fuerteventura lies the wreck of a ship. The American Star. It takes a fair amount of time to get there but once you catch your first glimpse of the wreck, you are somehow inexorably drawn to the beach where she lies.
Morro Jable - What was once a small fishing village with only 200 inhabitants, Morro Jable has now grown into one of the biggest holiday resorts for German tourists on the island (with around 8,000 inhabitants).
La Oliva - The village of La Oliva was the political centre of Fuerteventura from the early 17th to mid-19th century, and you can still see some of the buildings standing today. La Oliva is now home to the local district town hall (Ayuntamiento).
Corralejo - Situated in the north Corralejo is one of the most popular resorts on the island. Luckily, Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere, and there are still white sandy beaches in the town centre, where you can 'drop down' and soak up the Canarian sunshine. These dunes (which are a protected nature reserve) lie just beyond the town. The dunes spread for miles along the east coast and this is what makes Corralejo such a popular resort.
The Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area
Caleta de Fuste is just 10km south of the airport so no long coach journeys! A taxi to the villa will take 10 minutes. You are never short of things to do in Caleta de Fuste with all the usual watersports available as well as boat trips, diving,and even a submarine offering undersea excursions.

The nightlife is pretty varied too with plenty of bars offering all kinds of entertainment from live music to karaoke and a wide variety of restaurants including Chinese, Italian and authentic Spanish.
Because of Caleta's central location it's easy to explore the rest of the island if you hire a car.

I could not recommend this villa highly enough. I will never go back to apartment or hotels ever again.
