About the home

1 bedroom duplex apartments on 2 floors available singly or together, each sleeps up to 4 + 1 cot. These apartments are ideal either for a couple or family or for friends wanting to holiday together but who cherish their own space. Situated on a pleasantly landscaped complex just mintues away from the lovely beach which is shaped like a horse shoe making it safe for young children. There is a large swimming pool and children's pool on the complex and a 24 hour supermarket across the road. Within minutes you are in the resort centre, with a multitude of bars and restaurants and a cinema and bowling alley. Each apartment has its own patio where you can sunbathe privately leading into the living room with a sofa bed. There is a TV offering a freeview package, a DVD and HI-FI. WiFi Is available in one of the apartments. Downstairs their is a lounge, cloakroom with WC and fitted kitchen area and breakfast bar. Upstairs has a bathroom and a bedroom leading out to a private balcony.

One cloakroom downstairs with wc and sink.
Newly fitted kitchen with fridge, hob, mini grill / oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, washing machine and clothes dryer, plates, utensils, glassware, cooking equipment and breakfast bar.
Living room with Sofa bed which sleeps 2 people and an extra Sofa, coffee tables and large standing fan. A TV offering a freeview package, a DVD and HI-FI. WiFi Is available in one of the apartments.
There is a cot for baby. There is also a safe in each apartment.
Towels and linen are included. Mid holiday linen/towel change can be arranged and paid locally to my property manager. The property is cleaned before and after your stay. Please bring your own beach towels.

Property has its own patio where you can sunbathe privately.
There are patio tables and chairs and a sun lounger for each apartment. Each Balcony also has a table and chairs.
There is a large communal pool and a small children's pool with sun bed on the complex..

I have an english speaking property manager who will meet and greet you to show you around the apartment and hand over keys.

Change over days are flexible, please contact me with your enquiry.

Apartments are availalbe from 3 pm on the day of arrival.

Departure from the apartments by 10 am.

I will be as flexible as I can with the above times subject to availability.

Conditions

There is a £50 (non refundable) deposit, per apartment, per week, required to secure your booking.

A £50 security bond is required per apartment per booking which will be REFUNDED on return

The balance (non refundable) and bond will be due 8 weeks prior to departure.

No smoking inside the apartments.

The Fuerteventura region

There is something for everyone in Caleta de Fuste. Water sports are very popular with widsurfing, scuba diving, jet skiing etc. There is also mini golf, tennis, fishing, ten pin bowling and the 18 hole PGA championship golf course.
You can explore this unspoiled island and the 150 beaches by car or take a ferry trip to Lanzarote for the day.
Otherwise you can just relax by the pool at the apartments and enjoy the sun

The Caleta de Fuste / Central Caleta area

A two minute walk and you are on the seafront, and the beach and marina are a few mintues more.
The golden beach is shaped like a horseshoe making it safe for young children.
There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols on the beach and at the marina you can take a trip on a glass bottomed boat or go swimming with the dolphins.

RYANAIR ARE BACK FROM MARCH 2010 FROM BOURNEMOUTH, LIVERPOOL, GLASGOW AND DUBLIN.

Fly into Fuerteventura airport and the complex is only about 10 miles away from the airport in the heart of Caleta.
It only takes about 10 minutes to get from the airport by car / taxi.

There are always local taxis's available and cost around 15 euros to get to the apartment.
