About the home

Beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom detached villa on large 500sqm site with large private swimming pool with heating, large terraces and roof terrace. Situated overlooking the 16th green with beautiful views of the sea and harbour. Landscaped gardens in quiet relaxing setting. Close to the beautiful 5 star Elba Palace and Shearaton Hotels. Within walking distance to the Commercial Centre offering many fine shops, restaurants, bars, multiplex cinema and large supermarket.

The property is presented with landscaped gardens, private swimming pool 9.5 x 4m, very large sun terraces surrounding the pool area, with shower for use with pool, BBQ on terrace, outside dining area with large dining table and 6 chairs. Six sun loungers also supplied. Located on an island within the course and overlooks the 16th green. There are numerous other golf courses on the island with the next closest being our direct neighbour, the course is actually directly adjacent to this one.

Separate large bathroom with with bath, shower, WC and bidet.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, polished granite worktops, microwave, flash heat 4 place hob, oven and grill. Electric kettle and sandwich maker.
Utility Room: Roofed utility room with washing machine and ample drying space.
Living Rooms: Large sitting room with air conditioning. Twin patio doors to terraces. Leather lounge suite, and dining suite. TV with 85 satellite channels, plus multiple radio channels, including BBC and RTE.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included, with a midweek change of linen and towels optionally available.Full cleaning service availablle weekly if required.

Conditions

A 20% booking deposit or £200 minimum is required when making a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Pool heating is included in price.
An optional charge of £ 90 p.w (110 euro) is payable for use of air conditioning if required, total of 3 air con units. Late booking discount may apply inside 8 weeks, season dependent.

The Fuerteventura region

With three thousand hours of sunshine a year, Fuerteventura is the closest Canary Island to the African coast with only 100km separating the 'Punta de la Entallada' from Cape Juby in Morroco and is the second largest (after Tenerife) of all the islands.

The weather conditions of Fuerteventura are very similar to Florida and Mexico which are on the same latitude, which make this the ideal holiday location.

There is nowhere else in the Canaries with as many enormous sand dunes and long sandy beaches (more than one hundred and fifty). Even though most of the land consists of stone and rock, these are some of the most impressive beaches in the whole of Europe. Approx 98km long and 30km across at the widest point.

In the history of time Fuerteventura is generally regarded as the oldest of all the Canaries and its strange contours come from various volcanic episodes. The last eruption occurred around 7,000 years ago so you're pretty safe. Should you wish to see some volcanic activity take a trip to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote, it's well worth it. See our Ferry page for details on how to get there. You can also take a short boat trip over to the small island of Los Lobos (only 6sqkm) and really get away from it all.

Water sports are very popular in Fuerteventura. Every year hundreds of surfers, windsurfers and divers descend on Fuerteventura and during July the island is host to the P.W.A world windsurfing speed and slalom event at Sotavento in the south.

There are many new attractions inviting tourists to discover different aspects of the Island's landscape and culture such as the Betancuria Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography and Tefia Craft Village to name but a few.

The Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area

Caleta de Fuste's central location on the east coast, makes it an ideal base for those wanting to explore Fuerteventura. Everywhere on the island is within an hour’s journey of Costa Caleta/Caleta de Fuste.

Coast/Beach
Within walking distance to the beach with plenty of activities for children within easy reach, including the beach (500m).

Travel
The airport is a mere 10 minute drive away. The villa may be easily and cost effectively be reached by taxi. A car is not essential. Taxis are cheap and freely available.

Distances
El Castillo the harbour and marina area is located within 2km, the large commercial centre is within 500m with the resort of Caleta De Fuste just a kilometre walk.

Fly directly to Fuertventura airport.
The Villa is situated within a 10 minute drive of the airport.

There are a large number of carriers available within the UK, including Ryanair, Easy Jet, Thomas Cook, and many more. Ryanair and Aer Lingus and other charters fly directly Ireland.
