Recently refurbished and equipped to a high standard, the apartment is situated 20 metres from the swimming pool on the quiet complex. The apartment has an open plan lounge and kitchen area, with breakfast bar. Satellite Television and DVD player and a Radio CD player are installed for your enjoyment. The lounge opens on to a sheltered sun terrace with table and chairs for outdoor drinks and dining. On the first floor, the twinbedded (can be made double) bedroom has fitted wardrobes and opens on to a private balcony, with table and chairs, ideal for your morning cup of coffee or tea. Additional sleeping is provided by the double sofa-bed in the lounge. The bathroom has full size bath with shower, w.c and basin. A second w.c is situated on the ground floor.

The Fuerteventura region
Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands and nearest to the African coast. Over 300 days of sunshine a year and average temperatures in the winter of over 20 degrees give a Carribean climate less than 4 hours away from most major UK airports. Caleta de Fuste“s central location make it the ideal base for exploring the island, and the excellent bus service means that car hire is not essential (although we do advise it to visit the more remote attractions such as the shipwreck of the ss American Star). To the north of the island is the Dunes National Park, made up of fine white sand blown over from the Sahara desert. To the south the endless stretches of white sand beaches that are home to the annual wind-surfing championships.
Caleta de Fuste / Central Caleta area
Locally there are 2 championship golf courses, many water sports at the beach and marina, and for the less energetic a weekly market on Saturday mornings.
An abundance of fine restaurants catering for every taste and the friendly local bars make Caleta the perfect place to relax and enjoy life.
