STUNNING private detached villa Ross overlooks the 10th tee on Fuerteventura's premier golf course which was host to the Spanish Open 2004. Quiet and peaceful with spectacular views of sea and mountains this brand new villa is perfect for couples and families wanting a relaxing holiday or golfers seeking a break.
Campo de Golfe, Fuerteventura's premier 18-hole is a par 70 golf course extending 6124 metres and is reached through the 5* Elba Palace Golf Hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the villa.

The hotel is open to non-residents and has a café overlooking the driving range, together with an a la carte restaurant. At the entrance to the golf course is the Atlantico centre where there is a large Eurospar, designer shops, hairdressers, tapas bars and ice cream parlour. There is a 10 screen cinema and 10 pin bowling. The beach is right in front of the centre with a lovely promenade for romantic strolls.

This magnificent new villa is one of the most spacious and luxurious villa in the entire golf complex. The villa has been appointed to the highest specification with only the finest materials and fittings to make your stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Views from the extensive patios and private rooftop solarium with views over to the five star Golf Hotel and sea views. For sun worshippers the property is south facing and has sheltered patios from which you can view the golf and relax in the sun. Inside the large open plan area comprises of living and dining areas with furniture from Italy. Master bedroom with en-suite and two double bedrooms, and a further two bathrooms. Outside is an private heated pool with shower facilities and American style BBQ. An extensive tiled area is available with an enclosed patio for Alfresco dining. Beach towels are also provided after a swim in the heated pool, then relax on luxury loungers, sky TV with sky sports is also in the villa with internet connection, we also have a media player with child and adult movies and a PlayStation 2 in the single bedroom.

A £200 non-refundable booking deposit required to confirm reservation. this is then kept as a security deposit , and returned 1 week after departure Once the deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure we will require full payment.
Flight numbers, arrival and departure times are required ,Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival at the villa.
Small breakages ie. glasses are expected and will not affect the return of the deposit

We do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the island.

Please note arrival times is after 3.30pm with departures at 10.00am. However for your convenience if there are no other guests departing the day you arrive or arriving the day you depart these conditions do not apply and you may arrive as early, depart as late as required for your flights.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is one of the Canary island off the coast of Morocco. Even in the coldest months the average temperature is 17-18 degees C, with highs of 23 degrees. During July and August temperatures can reach 35 degrees Celcius. Rain is rare in Fuerteventura, especially between April and October due to the lack of high mountains.The largest of the Canary Islands with stunning beaches whether you go North or South! Climate can be very hot but the lovely breeze makes it very comfortable for sun bathing or wind surfing alike. There are plenty places to visit, and equally suitable for couples or families with young children.

The Caleta de Fuste / Campo de Golfe area

Caleta de Fuste is very family friendly with an array of good restaurants, bars, shops and play areas. Two golf courses, one of which is the 5 star Elba Palace Hotel & Golf Resort, which is a short walk from the villa. Facilities include driving range, putting green, buggy hire and golf shop. Also excellent dining facilities.Everywhere on the island of Fuerteventura is within an hour’s journey of Caleta de Fuste, the airport, major cities, the larger, busier holiday resort of Corralejo, and waterpark. Caleta de Fuste itself is well equipped for the modern traveller.

“LUXURY VILLA” Luxury Villa in prime location with great views of golf course, mountains and sea. 10 mins stroll to Atlantico Centre, 20/25 mins to Caleta centre. Bicycles supplied at Villa, as are adult and junior golf clubs. Standard of Villa Ross furnishings, worktops, beds, etc are second to none. Heated pool nice and warm, Villa owner Yvonne a pleasure to do business with. Book now, you will NOT be disappointed.

“A Wonderful stylish Villa in peaceful surroundings, a great holiday destination.” My husband and I stayed in Villa Ross for 10 days, we wanted to get away from the crowds. Its in a quiet location, is extremely comfortable,stylish, clean and has a real homely feel to it. It's well equipped and you're guaranteed a great nights sleep as the bed/bedding is so comfortable. Lots of outside space too, pool warm and well maintained and good quality furniture. Nearest shops restaurants and beach 10 min walk away, the main resort is a little further away but is only small and not built up. It would suit families or couples and I would reccommend it to anyone and is only a 10 min drive from the airport. The only negative is that we had to leave and come home!

“Luxury viila, very spacious, equipped to the highest standards.” We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas at this villa. It is extremely well furnished,inside and out- lots of outside furniture of the highest quality. It is one of the few villas we have stayed in where a heated pool is actually heated ! We were all in on Christmas Day, it was perfect. The view of the Golf Course is excellent, and the Golf hotel does good food on the terrace. The supermarket at the Atlantico Centre is large and very well stocked, only a couple of minutes away.We ate in the centre of Caleta, but also travelled around,enjoyed a lovely lunch at Pozo Negro,away from it all. Owner could not have been more helpful, and excellent communication,we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

“Wonderfully equipped villa” We loved our week staying at this villa. It is excellently featured and everything is clean and working. Great location near the golf course. Lovely warm pool. Lots of indoor facilities too especially for kids addicted to game consoles and tv. The local shops are a fair walk away, but the provided bikes made the shopping trips a lot easier. Only a ten minute drive from the airport and the pre-booked transfers worked seamlessly. Local restaurants mostly pizza and burgers, but the golf hotel restaurant looked really nice - just ran out of time to try it.

“Pure Bliss” My wife and I rented Villa Ross in september 2011, the villa is located next to a golf club with amazing golf and sea views. The villa is decorated to a very high standard, my wife really loved the attention to detail and decor of the bedrooms. The owner really has thought of everything you would need to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. This is one of the best villas I have stayed in, I would highly recommend and will certainly return in the future.

“Luxury villa in an ideal location.” The owner of Villa Ross was extremely helpful and attentive during the booking process and is keen to ensure guests enjoy their stay. The property is equipped to an extremely high standard throughout and a lot of consideration has been given to the decoration and furnishings. There are good quality appliances in the kitchen with ample crockery and cooking utensils (the thoughtful welcome pack was much appreciated too!). The outdoor area is vast with plenty of seating options and the views of the golf course are amazing. Villa Ross is situated in a quiet and peaceful part of town yet still within walking distance of all the facilities. Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope to return again.

“The house that everybody would desire ...” We rent Villa Ross for a 15days holiday in Fuerteventura last August 2011. The house is located in a nice Golf club, very quite and calm area to enjoy relaxable days. All the house is new, furnished with taste, very big and very stylish. The heated swimming pool can be a valid substitute for those windy days where staying on the beach can become a challange! We rent the house thru internet but when we arrive there we were pleasantly surprised because it was beyond all expectations ! Very nice the BBQ outside to enjoy fresh dinners. Indeed a beautiful house to spend our holidays. Very professional and good also the local support.
