Home description
Our luxury villa has three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms,a fully equipped kitchen with integral appliances and utility area. The lounge has a plasma tv with sky, offering over 90 english channels and a playstation 2. There is wireless internet access either used with pre paid vouchers or payable online.There is a double settee and three seater settee, table and chairs plus ceiling fan.There are two bedrooms upstairs,The master has a king size bed,and a balcony overlooking the pool and sea, plus a remote controlled ceiling fan. Bedroom two has bunk beds and a single bed, a ceiling fan , a tv / dvd player, and large balcony with table and chairs offering mountain views.There is a bathroom with full sized bath and shower over, wc and bidet. Downstairs is bedroom 3, which has a double bed, a ceiling fan and mountain views.There is a second bathroom with half sized bath with shower over and wc. For your peace of mind there is a safe fitted to store your valuables in.

The Fuerteventura region
The beautiful island of Fuerteventura is the second largest of the canary islands, yet the least populated, situated just 15 Km south of Lanzarote and 115 Km from the African coast. Home to the windsurfing world championships every July in the south of the island, and 2004 found it hosting the spanish open golf tournament in the fantastic Campo de Golf facilities in Caleta De Fuste, further golf courses are currently under construction. 2004 also saw the opening of the Baku water park in Corralejo. The islands impressive landscape is a mass of volcanic mountains, and plains with hidden typical Canarian towns.Puerto De Rosario has been the islands capital since 1860 and is home to the majority of the islands population.
Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area
Caleta De Fuste is a growing holiday resort town on the east coast of Fuerteventura. It is famous for its man made horseshoe beach situated at the heart of the town.The beach is family friendly as the atlantic waters are calm due to the protection of the harbour wall. There are many activities in caleta including the Thalaventura water spa, 10 pin bowling alley and multiscreen cinema. Watersports available are catamaran trips,Deep sea fishing, Water skiing, Windsurfing, Jet skis and Scuba diving. Many shops are available in the centre of Caleta de Fuste, this is complimented by the opening of the Atlantico commercial shopping centre, that is home to a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants including the Eurospar.

Further details indoors: The sky system fitted offers sport, children's channels and a blockbuster movie channel. A travel cot and highchair is available free of charge for your conveniance. For your added comfort there are mosquito blinds fitted to the lounge and all bedroom windows.
Further details outdoors: The property is approached through a secure gate with a private drive.The large patio area has a large table with 6 chairs and umbrella,sunbeds and barbeque. There are gardens to the front, side and rear.The property is not overlooked from the rear and has a clear view through at the front to the pool and sea with no obstructions. Opposite the house are the gates to the large swimming pool which has sunbeds, toilet & shower block, and beautiful landscaped garden surround. Only a 2 minute walk away is the 18 hole championship golf course, host to the 2004 spanish open, This is superbly laid out and set amongst palms and lakes and is a great test for any keen golfer, there is also a driving range. The five star Elba Palace golf hotel nearby has a gym, jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, tennis court, restaurant, well equipped golf shop with clubs, trolleys & buggies for hire.

Linen change and cleaning is done at the end of your stay, but you can arrange midstay cleaning and linen change locally if required. You can also pre-order welcome packs with us,and our management team can provide a taxi service to take and fetch you to the airport if required, which is also payable locally.
You are advised to take out travel insurance as the owners take no responsibility for any loss, injury or accidents during your stay.
Conditions
Refundable breakage deposit is required of £100 on arrival, and refunded on day of departure.
