This imposing, luxurious villa is ideally located on the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Course and is only a short drive from the popular resort of Caleta de Fuste. The villa has a private heated swimming pool and offers a superb level of holiday accommodation.

The villa is beautifully decorated and feels light and spacious throughout. There is a large living room which incorporates a dining area and has patio doors to the pool area. There is an independent, well equipped kitchen leading from the living area.

The villa has four bedrooms all with twin beds. One has an en-suite shower room and the other three share a family bathroom. Villa Oleander will accommodate 8 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 on a fold-a-way bed.

Villa Oleander benefits from having air conditioning in the master bedrooms and one of the twin bedrooms. This is an optional extra and payable locally.

The villa enjoys a beautiful patio area which surrounds the private swimming pool. The pool measures 4m x 8m and is electrically heated except during the months of June, July, August and September. The pool is surrounded by beautiful sunbathing terraces which are furnished with dining table and chairs and sun loungers. Villa Oleander has a beautiful private roof terrace which has views over the golf course towards the sea.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura is famous for its miles of magnificent, unspoilt and un-crowded beaches, which attract visitors from around the world. Many miles of these white sand beaches, with their stunning rolling dunes, have been declared a natural park and are maintained in pristine condition. The interior of the island, like all the Canary Islands, is volcanic. Charming Canarian villages are dotted across the island and the main tourism is concentrated in only a few resorts.

Fuerteventura, which lies about 100 kilometres from the coast of Africa, has a wonderful, warm climate similar to Mexico and boasts about 3000 hours of sunshine a year. The island has superb conditions for water sports and attracts enthusiasts from all over the world for its excellent windsurfing, surfing, kiting and diving.

The northern resort of Corralejo is the largest and most developed and is within easy reach of some of the most spectacular beaches on the island. Premier Holidays offers a large portfolio of holiday villas in and around Corralejo. The newer resort of Caleta de Fuste is approximately half-way down the island and boasts two world-class, championship golf courses. Most of our holiday villas in Caleta de Fuste are located on, or near the golf courses but these are not just golfing holidays, there are also excellent beaches and other facilities nearby for a superb family holiday.

The Caleta de Fuste area

Villa Oleander is superbly located on the edge of the 18 hole Fuerteventura golf course and is only a five minute drive to the popular, holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste. Here the beautiful, shallow, sandy beach is one of the safest on Fuerteventura and is ideal for children.

Caleta de Fuste offers a huge range of holiday attractions, restaurants, bars and some excellent shopping. There is a wide variety of excellent, excursions on offer in the resort. These include catamaran boat trips, a submarine adventure, whale watching trips, deep sea fishing and glass bottomed boats. Oceanarium Explorer offers families a fabulous experience and a chance to swim with sea lions.

For holiday guests wanting to participate in the many sporting facilities, they include a kite surf school, a dive centre, snorkelling, dune buggy rentals, trike tours, jet ski rides, superb windsurfing and of course, championship level golf courses. The original and picturesque harbour area has several restaurants and is a lovely place to enjoy the view of the beautiful yachts and spectacular sunsets.

Within walking distance, approximately 800m from this villa, is the Atantico shopping centre. Here there is a superb, large supermarket, a variety of shops, a bowling alley and a multi-lingual cinema. The closest beaches to the villa are accessed here, they are very pretty, man-made, cove beaches, with golden sand. Villa guests can arrange to use the fabulous Thalasso Spa facilities at the 5* Sheraton Hotel, or book one of their therapeutic beauty treatments. It is approximately 1.3km from the villa.

Caleta de Fuste has a Saturday market and there are regular buses to the capital, Puerto del Rosario. Here Las Rotondas, a four-storey shopping centre is located with UK retailers such as C&A and H&M, as well as the big Spanish chains, including Zara, Springfield, Cortefiel, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear and Jack Jones. With tax free shopping, The top floor has cafes, restaurants and arcades.
