About the home

A very well maintained holiday home in all year round sunshine perfect for either a quiet holiday or to enjoy the 5 star golf course, beaches, surfing, scuba diving or fishing.

The house is situated on the golf resort with a 10 minute walk to the Atlantico Centre and is furnished to a very high standard. There are mosquito nets fixed to all downstairs windows and above upstairs beds to allow the gentle breeze in.

The beautiful house has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one; Twin room with balcony overlooking the golf course with a sea view. Bedroom two; Double room with dressing room overlooking the mountains, there is a double blow up bed available, suitable for children. Bedroom three; Downstairs twin room.

Large front room with wide screen tv and dvd player, leather sofa. Moderate sized kitchen with all appliances. Large air conditioned conservatory with a 6 seat dining area and sofa.

The exterior of the property comprises of a private garden area with sun terrace, garden and a bbq, sun loungers and a 6 seat dining set. The swimming pool is aprox 100 yards away and only available to properties in La Colina. It is very well maintained with outdoor showers, sun loungers and changing rooms.

The Fuerteventura region

Being approx 70k from Morrocco it is an unspoilt region of volcanic landscape and beautiful natural beaches with sand dunes made from sand being blown from the Sahara desert at the north of the island. The property is located on the coast on a 5 star golf resort. The Climate is normally between 20 degree in the winter months and rises to anything up to 40 degree in the summer with a wellcoming breeze in the evening. Take a trip to the centre of the island to Betencura a typical Spanish setlement where you can enjoy good food Spanish style, stopping en route to feed the colony of chipmonks! Visit El Cotillo a rugged landscape with stunning sea views and enjoy the freshest fish dish you could ever have.

The Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area

The 5 star golf resort hotel is 5 minutes walk from the house where you can play on the beautiful 18 hole golf course. There is also another golf course nearby. The Atlantico beach and shopping centre is easy walking distance where you will find a bowling alley, cinema, amusments, supermarket, hairdressers, shops and restaurants. .

Places to visit are local markets, sandy beaches, fantastic fish restuarants and entertainment bars in the evening. The local hotels are all within walking distance and available for use of their facilities. Learn to scubadive at the dive centre in the port, windsurf or jetski on the beach in Caleta. At the Port you can take a trip in a yellow submarine or book a daytrip on a catermaran. There are day/night fishing trips available to book.

Taxi from the airport 10 minutes. Car hire from the airport head south until you come to Fuerterventura golf, turn right and the house is at the top of the hill at Cala Erbania, La Colina.

“Fantastic family holiday!!” The villa is situated approx 10 mins from the airport by taxi at a cost of 10 - 15 Euros. The villa is located in a quiet area within the exclusive golf resort. The villa is very spacious for a family of 4 - 6, has all mod cons, very clean to ensure a very enjoyable stay. The shopping centre (Spar) bars and restaurants are about a 15 minute leisurely walk away and a 3 minute taxi ride back with the shopping for a cost 3 to 4 Euros. The swimming pool(s) is about a 2 minute walk away and is very well maintained and is perfect for soaking up the rays. For the beach, same walk as the shops. Great for the kids, clean and safe. We had a fantastic family holiday. The villa enabled us to do as we pleased when we wanted. Home from home. Highly recommended!!

“Fantastic” The villa is set in a quite location, it is spacious, clean ad has everything you need for you to enjoy your holiday. The pool is about 100 metres away and is set in a secure area, it is well kept and most importantly for sun worshiper's it is sun trap. The shops are about 10 minutes walk and a taxi takes about 3 minutes and cost 3 to 4 euros. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the spaciouness of the villa meant you were not on top of each other as you would be in a flat or hotel.
