Home description

This brand new, extremely spacious luxury 2 bedroom apartment is in the Gaudia complex and is situated within a few minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants. It has been tastefully furnished to the highest standard and is equipped with everything necessary for the perfect holiday. There is a communal pool and tennis court on the complex.

The complex itself is gated and extremely secure. You can relax knowing the children are perfectly safe here swimming in the beautiful pool or playing tennis while you soak up the all year round sunshine on the sunbeds.
There are many extras in the apartment, including tennis rackets and balls, games, lots of DVDs, CDs and books and various items for the children.

The Fuerteventura region

Fuerteventura has a warm climate all year round making it very suitable for winter sunshine holidays.
There is a water park situated at Corralejo, a 30 minute drive away, which is also where the famous sand dunes are located.

Windsurfing championships are also held here and at Sotoventa, in the South of the island.
From Corralejo you can take the ferry to nearby Lanzarote and there are also boat trips to the Isla de Las Lobos, a very peaceful island with a lovely beach and walks.

There is also a zoo and cactus garden, where you can also take a camel ride, in the South of the island.
If you like museums there is a wide choice of interesting ones on the island.

Caleta de Fuste / Central Caleta area

The Atlantico shopping centre is close by with shops, multiplex cinema and ten pin bowling alley.
In Caleta itself there is a championship golf course, an aquarium where you can see the seal show, harbour offering various boat trips and many water sports including scuba diving, windsurfing, jet skis, pedaloes and banana boats. There are also numerous museums if you are interested in the history of the island.

How to get there

The airport is at Puerto del Rosario, a 10 minute taxi ride away. Private transfers are arranged by us and our manager will show you round the apartment and will answer any questions you might have.

Car hire is available, both at the airport and in Caleta, for very reasonable rates.
The bus stop is also close to the apartment and there is an airport service regularly to and from Caleta.

Both bedrooms have twin beds with built in wardrobes, matching accessories, bedside tables, reading lamps and ceiling fans. The 2 beds in the master bedroom are pushed together to make a queen size bed.There is a safe in the master bedroom. The main bedroom has an extra bed on request.
The kitchen is large, fully fitted, with cooker, hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.
The large lounge/diner has 3 and 2 seater sofas, 21" TV and DVD player, sideboard, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs. There is a heater in lounge for use when required.

The lounge area has a very unique feature of a lighted pyramid going up into the roof which gives the apartment its feeling of spaciousness.

There is a patio table and 4 chairs on the apartment terrace and 2 sun loungers for apartment guests.
The outside area surrounding the pool has been beautifully landscaped, ideal for sunbathing.
