This is a stunning front line apartment overlooking the marina at Caleta de Velez. It has excellent views of Torre Del Mar and surrounding coastal areas. The other great thing is that it is only 5 minutes drive to Baviera Golf course and 15 minutes to Rincon De La Victoria. There is also a weekly street market that is one mile long and held every Saturday right on your doorstep.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The best climate in Europe, with lots of sunshine all year round over 300 days of sunshine a year. The climate is mild and equable, the mean annual temperature being about 19 °C (66 °F). For its broad sky and wide bay the city has been compared to Naples.
The inner city of Málaga is just behind the harbour. The quarters of El Perchel, La Trinidad and Lagunillas surround this centre. The city has much revenue from the agricultural sector and from tourism.
Many tourists also visit here to see the birthplace of Pablo Picasso. There are very cheap flights to Málaga from countries in Northern Europe, particularly the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany.
Caleta da Velez area
A truly beautiful little known area of the Costa Del Sol. Boasting a pretty harbour, which still serves as a fishing port as well as a leisure marina.Within easy rech of Malaga, Nerja, Granada and Seville. Perfect for people who want a chill out within easy reach of culture or nightlife. 10 minutes from Torre del Mar, 20 minutes from Nerja and 30 minutes from the centre of Malaga.
Surrounded by traditional Spanish white pueblos (villages). Easy access to golf courses, Baviera being only 5 minutes away, also Rincon De La Victoria 15 minutes. Cafe Bar Plata is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and use of communal pool at Bar Plata is available on request.
3 Km from the historic town of Velez malaga the principle town of Axarquia 3 kms from Aqua Velez a spectacular water park. 5 kms from Almayate naturist beach. Close to restaurants, bars and shops.
How to get there
All budget airlines fly to Malaga.
Airport shuttle bus to the Malaga bus station. There is a regular bus service to Caleta.
Caleta De Velez is approx 35 minutes drive from the airport.
Airport transfers available on request €50 each way.
