In popular Calella de la Costa you’ll find Villa Aroma. It is part of a large ancient villa and is located on the beach, just take the train underpass and you are at the beach. There is a lot of parking space available. The town and shops are a few minutes’ walk away.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The first floor has 3 spacious bedrooms and another bathroom.
Villa Aroma is of modernist style, with a modern and functional interior. All rooms have outdoor views and are all-day-round sunny, creating a fresh and cosy atmosphere. Enjoy Villa Aroma's panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Because of its location (close to beach and city centre), this holiday residence is very suitable for all types of families. In 30 min by car (1 hour by train) you enjoy of everything Barcelona has to offer: culture (Picasso Museum, Gaudi architecture...), leisure (theatre, cinema, shopping centres, Barça Football Club...), gastronomy and so much more. In the same time, you also arrive in Girona, known for its medieval centre and Dalí Museum.
Note: this villa is located next to the train railway, which runs paralel to the beach and boulevard.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia/Barcelona region
Calella is located in the Spanish region of Catalonia on the Costa Maresme, which is commonly regarded as being part of the better-known Costa Brava. This thriving modern town is just 50 kilometres north of Barcelona - its accessibility and three kilometres of sandy beaches make this the tourist capital of the Costa Maresme.
The Calella de la Costa area
With its excellent range of water sports and beach entertainment, international restaurants and lively night life, Calella is the perfect holiday destination, especially for families with young children.
The beaches have 50,000 square metres of sand between them so they're never over-crowded and are kept spotlessly clean by an army of local council workers.
The seafront entertainment, on the modern esplanade and on the Beaches themselves, is second to none. During high season there are beach games, organised activities for children, plenty of water sports, dancing, fiestas and nearly 1,000 sunshades for hire.

Calella is located 50 kms north of Barcelona and 50 kms from Girona.
Girona airport, a mayor Ryanair destination is a 45 minute drive. Barcelona airport is 60 minutes.
Calella has a train station with direct links to Barcelona Centre and the airport.
We have arrangements with transfer companies and taxis and are an AVIS car rental agent with very competitive prices.
