Feel like shopping ? Panaji Capitol City is only minutes away Via Betim ferry across the Mondavi river. Saturday night market rocks to visitors with live music and much more, a great place to meet and greet. Accomadation not suitable for children under 16 years of age.

The Goa region

The history of Goa is checkered and colourfull, being a world beater in the hippy era of the 60's. Saligao Church is a wedding cake architecture designed from white icing sugar and lit at night with a bright golden halo in the surrounding country side villages. Shops are numerous boasting every type and kind adjascent to the holiday property. Every facility exists, including a multiple screen modern Cinema theatre in Panaji only minutes away, as is the many excursions to discover the magic of Goa's Paradise.
Weekly flea-market is anjuna Beach best located hot-spot.

How to get there

It is advisable to hire a scooter at around two pounds a day low season - as we are only aproximately 7 km from the main national highway, with Mapusa & the Capitol only some 15 minutes away. Bus stop in the village finishes service at 7pm. It is far more convenient to hire from us a vehicle of your choice. A car and driver at low cost dependent on milage etc.
