It is a ground floor apartment, in a residential complex, very near to the vegatore beach. Ideal for a quite holiday, as it is peaceful, yet near enough to three major beaches of Goa. One occupant commented, It is a wonderful place and we enjoyed thoroghly, thanks a lot."

The Goa region
The property is located near Vegator mani beach. The beach is more peaceful than other crowded beaches of GOA. However, it is just 2 to 3kms from more happening beaches like Anjuna and Baga. Not far from Calungute also. The property can be occupied during all the seasom. It is hot during the summer, but the property is cooler as it is surrounded by greenery. Nearest place of interest is the Chapora Fort as are the temple and churches.

Further details indoors: There is security and car parking for one car. Care taker is available to provide cleaning services during stay. There is a shared swimming pool inside the complex. Very friendly atmosphere. A quite place. For dining, you could cook in the apartment as gas is provided with utencils or you could just orde food from restaurants nearby. If you are a bookworm we have provided a few books. The TV comes with a DVD player a few in house movies. For longer stays we can arrange cable connection.
Further details outdoors: The common and secure compound is very good. Most facilities like restaurant, internet, medicines just walking distance away. There is a massage parlour also next door. Walking to the beach is a great way of enjoying your stay at this property.

Retals are payable 100% in advance. Partial refund if property booking is cancelled within a month of date of proposed occupation. No refunds if cancellation is done 15 days or less before date of occupation. 25% deduction on payable rentals is cancellation is before 1 clear month. However, never forget to give us a ring for last minute deals. In case you are not able pay in advance, we could agree for payment to our caretaker also.
Conditions
Guests are requested to maintain the property in good condition during theier stay. Any damages to the property or the furnishings etc. will have to be paid for. The care taker may demand some security deposite which is refundable. No subletting will be allowed .

If bookings cancelled one month remaining from date of move in , 25% cancellation charges will be levied. Less than one month, 50% charges and less than 15 days, no refunds will be available.
