The Menorca region
Cuitadella is the old capital of Menorca and is easily accessible by bus, they run every 20 minutes and are very cheap and pleasant to use. It takes approx 30 mins by bus, and about 15 minutes driving by car.
The area is ideal for a family holiday as there are many children friendly play areas and pools, water parks and plenty of activities.
Calan Bosch area
The resort has many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, children's play areas/ball pools, water park, go-kart track, boat trips from the marina, scuba diving courses, internet cafe and WIFI point. The resort caters extremely well for children and families. The property is 1 hour's drive from golf course at Son Park.

How to get there
The only airport in Menorca is Mahon Airport which is approx 55km from Calan Bosch, and takes 40-50 minutes on a non-stop car journey (allow for longer is using shared transfers).
Car hire is not essential but it is worth considering to make the most of your time on the island. Driving is very easy In Menorca.
