Charming traditional Spanish villa which is set amongst beautiful, well maintained gardens. Due to its location this villa has all the advantages of being within easy reach of the resort centre and the beach, yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful setting of this attractive residential area. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sunny paved terrace, built-in barbeque and shaded patio area at the rear of the house, which looks across the pool. The roof top terrace is a magnificent place to sit with a drink in the evening and watch the sun go down over the mediterrean with views of Majorca.
The main doors open into a cheerful open-plan lounge/diner which has a separate fitted kitchen. Off the hallway you will find 3 bedrooms, one has en suite and one main bathroom.

The Menorca region
Menorca is the most family-orientated, picturesque and tranquilof the Balearic Islands. There are delightful resorts all around Menorca lying on long golden beaches in the east, to sandy coves along the southern shores and amongst the rural tranquility of the west coast. Towns such as Ciutadella and Mahon have lots of shops, restaurants and lively nightlife, but generally Menorca enjoys a very peaceful, unhurried lifestyle which is why it gives such appeal to holidaymakers of all ages and draws people back year after year.
At thirty miles long and 10 miles wide it's easy to explore the whole island, if you travel along the coastline you will soon find one of the 120 sandy beaches that Menorca has to offer or alternatively explore the prehistoric sites with mysterious monuments which are dotted all over the island.
Activities are plentiful in Menorca and include watersports, Scuba diving, sailing, yaching, golf and tennis. Horse riding is available in the larger town areas. Aqua parks. If you wish to escape the beach why not take a boat trip to visit one of the many natural caves or explore the island by sea. Altenatively for those interested in nature you can visit the wildlife reserves.
Calan Bosch area
Cala'n Bosch is a modern resort built around an attractive marina where the "La Plaza" commercial area has lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, chemist, banks, boutiques and scuba diving office. A short walk from here is the family-friendly, blue-flag beach. Close by there is mini-golf, aqua park and horse-riding. Cala'n Bosch has a 2nd sandy cove in the Son Xoriguer region where there is a variety of water sports available such as parascending, sailing, banana boat rides etc and where there is also more shops and restaurants. The "fun-train" runs regularly and is an ideal way to get around the resort.
A short bus journey will take you to Ciutadella which is an attractive typical spanish town, this used to be capital of the island with its cobbled streets, pretty port and historic old quarter.
How to get there
Flights are available to Mahon (Menorca) airport from all main UK airports. These start from the end of April until the end of October. Limited flights available during the winter months. The flight time to Menorca is approx 2.5 hours
Once you arrive at Mahon airport there is a wide selection of car hire companies, alternatively a taxi ride would take approx 50 minutes to get to Cala'n Bosch
