Smoking is allowed on the balcony area only.
The air condition system is coin operated (1.00 euro for 3 hours use which can be paused )
Linen and towels are provided, with a midweek laundry change for bookings of two weeks if required
Beach towels are not provided please bring your own.
A booking deposit of 25% payable on booking and the full balance payable 4 weeks prior to travelling.
No refund for cancellation within 4 weeks of departure.
Booking may be cancelled if balance not paid 4 weeks prior to departure
A refundable deposit of £100.00 is payable on booking and will be returned on receipt of the keys

The Costa del Sol region


Calahonda is a well established holiday destination along the Costa del Sol next to Rivera, and Miraflores a well renowned resort.
Calahando is a well established area with plenty of bars resturaunts, shopping areas and markets close by.
The Calahonda / Calahonda Beach area
Directly opposite the complex you will find the nearest commercial centre, El Zocco, which houses a wide variety of Restaurant's, Bars and Supermarket.
Further bars and restaurants can be found on 'the Strip' 10mins walk North of El Zocco.
There are also a number of bars with entertainment at the entrance to Dona Lola club 5mins walk walk East of Calahonda Beach.
A 3min walk over the footbridge and turning left finds a number of local shops, bars and a supermarket.
Lidl is located a 5min drive towards Marbella
The local market takes place weekly at the nearby village of La Cala every Wednesday and saturday from 10am to 2pm.
Just a 45 minute walk along the shore line will lead you to Puerto Cabpino, a small secluded marina and beach with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. Puerto Banus is located 15 minutes drive south. There are lots of family activities such as Selwo wild life safari park, Water world, Tivoli world and lots more.
There are some beautiful sights to see such as Rhonda, Granada, Alhuraimand, Port Cabpino, Coin. You can even ski at Sierra Navada which is 2 1/2 hours drive away. Or you can just relax and take it all in.

We stayed for a few weeks at the Calahonda Beach apartment. It is ideal for 2/4 persons, with comfortable furnishings, and wonderful views. The apartment is very close to the beach, a nice beach too. The gardens are very well kept, along with the private (for residents) swimming pool. There are many shops & restaurants within mins walk. There is no wifi, however the local bar has free wifi. There is no secure parking, although we parked closeby with no problems at all. The bus stop is 2 mins away, which is very handy. We liked this apartment, with a lovely terrace to sit on for meals. The area is well kept and quiet considering its at a holiday place. The kitchen is very small, although we ate out most nights as the choice was very good. The apartment overall is very good, and the owners were very helpful. We would love to go back again next year. Response: Thank you for an honest review. We are new owners of the property (April 2011) and at our earliest opportunity plan to uprate the furnishing, bathroom and facilities, i.e. wi fi. When the changes are made they will be entered on the webpage. We love the apartment and area and wish to make any stay (for everyone) as comfortable and as enjoyable an experience as possible.
