Dining seating for 6 , 2 sofas, chair ,coffee table, 2 sun loungers and sun umbrella. All equipment for BBQ supplied. Shower and electric on terrace.All this makes it very conducive to outdoor living.

Towels beach towels and linen provided. Apartment cleaned on arrival and departure unless otherwise requested.If 2 week rent towels and linen changed after 1 week.
Welcome pack provided.

Conditions

20% deposit non refundable required on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.An additional £100 refundable deposit also to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure to cover key return/breakages.

The Costa del Sol region

The playground of the rich Marbella and Puerto Banus are 10 to 15 minutes drive away. Wonderful historic towns and cities such as Ronda ,Seville Granada and Gibraltar all within driving distance. An excellent bus service runs along the whole coastline of the Costa del Sol.

The Calahonda / Riviera Area area

Mirafloes golf couse and golf range under 2 Kms away. Numerous other golf courses within driving distance.
Aztec club within 10 minute walk offering tennis courts and crazy golf.Children's play area 2 miutes walk away.
Riviera beach 10 to 15 minute walk(3 minutes drive) Beautiful villages of La Cala and Cabopina with beaches and at Cabopino a marina as well within 5 minutrs drive or a bus ride away.There is also a large sporting complex 3 minutes drive away.
The area offers either a quiet peaceful holiday or if preferred all the facilities for an energetic sporting holday surrounded by many shopping areas and abundance of restaurants and bars.
