This is a 2 bedroom apartment in a secure block of 45 with 3 shared pools and fantastic views of the surrounding hills. The apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities of home and is fully Air Conditioned. It has two double bedrooms. Bathroom and shower room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. It is beautifully furnished throughout.

It is ideal for a quiet relaxing break but is also within easy travelling distance of Marbella and Puerto Banus. There are many local restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is one of Spains most popular tourist spots with a fantastic year round climate with many lively resorts such as Fuengirola and Benalmadena to the East and Marbella and Puerto Banus to the West. You can get to Gibraltar for a great day out.

There are many golf courses in this area, there is one just a five minute drive away.

The Calahonda / Bonita Hills area

The area of Calahonda is just 35 - 40km from Malaga Airport and takes approximately 30 mins to destination. Calahonda is a family orientated area situated between the lively towns of Fuengirola and Marbella. The Bonita Hills apartments are a secure gated development with a Road Train running from outside the gates down to the main road.

From the main road you can get a bus to Marbella and other towns. There is a beautiful beach just 5 minutes from the apartment. There are many varied restaurants, bars and shopping facilities within a short walking distance.
