Fabulous air conditioned apartments fully equipped with all modern conveniences available.
Beautiful marble flooring throughout the apartments. The living area has two large and comfortable leather sofas, a 32" LCD Screen and DVD Player. The patio doors open onto spacious south facing terraces. With sun throughout the day and the fantastic views of the Andulucian coastline, the terraces are a perfect haven to relax and unwind on the large comfy sofa or armchair.The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. The dining area seats 4. Bedrooms are spacious and have large built-in wardrobes for storage. Bathrooms have underfloor heating.

The Costa del Sol region


With average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine it isn't difficult to understand why the Costa del Sol is one of Europe's top holiday destinations.
There are around 70 golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which can be played all year round as well as a whole range of other activities available nearby such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc. The list is endless.
Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.
The Calahonda / Sitio de Calahonda area
There are 3 commercial centres in Calahonda offering a selection of shops from house refurbishment to clothing as well as banks and internet cafes. There are also numerous restaurants and bars serving a variety of different dishes. There are several English speaking chemists in the area together with a health clinic should you require it during your stay. A local bus service runs every 30 mins from just outside the complex to the local shops and restaurants.
Calahonda is ideally located within a 10 minute drive from Fuengirola and 20 minutes from the town of Marbella and is within easy access to all the attractions on the Costa del Sol as well as the superb shops, restaurants and beaches the local area has to offer.

COAST/BEACH
10 minute drive away you are at one of the best beaches in the area at Cabopino with its port, beach bars and excellent restaurants. Calahonda´s beach is an unspoiled beach with lots of vegetation and pine trees. A has a variety of services such as sun lounger and sunshade hire.
PARK/ Playground
Within walking distance there is a small park with a playground for the children. Parking is provided near the entrance.
TREKKING
There is a trekking route in the urbanization. The route starts in Conde de Jordana and continues to the Calahonda Park, close to the Vivero.
GOLF
With an average of 300 days of sun the Costa del Sol is a golfers' paradise. Nearby golf courses – Mijas Golf, Cabopino Golf, Las Chapas, Santana and La Cala. Just a few minutes from the apartment there is La Siesta Golf, a 9-hole course with driving ranges. Together with these and around 40 other golf courses on the coast - your only problem is deciding which one to play!
TENNIS
The nearby Club del Sol has 12 excellent tennis courts, comprising of 9 brand new clay courts and 3 plexi-cushion courts. The club offers classes, mix-in games that offer you the chance to join in and play those of a similar standard.
WATERSPORTS
There are eleven marinas on the Costa del Sol, putting the region ahead of the rest of Andalusia in sailing and water sports facilities. All these ports, from the smallest to the biggest, offer all the basic services needed by any sailor, and in some of them, there are sailing schools authorised to grant official skippers’ licences to those that qualify, to learn to sail and navigate, or to simply learn underwater diving.
HORSE RIDING
There are also two exceptional complexes on the Costa del Sol for lovers of all things equine: the Equestrian School of the Costa del Sol, in Estepona, and the Costa del Sol Hippodrome in Mijas.

A deposit of 25% of the rental is required at booking. The balance will fall due 8 weeks prior to the rental period.
A security deposit of €200 is required with the payment of the final balance. This will be refunded within two weeks of the end of the rental period, less any sums retained for damage or breakages etc.

Provision of a basic shopping list is provided at an additional cost of £20 + the total cost of bill.
