About the home

An impressive apartment that is light and spacious with fabulous views across Calahonda and to the Mediterranean beyond. The lounge and dining area is open plan leading to a spacious terrace which is equipped with new terrace furniture - ideal for a relaxing meal and glass of wine. The kitchen has recently been re-fitted with modern units and high quality granite surfaces and is fully equipped with modern appliances including induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is situated on the rear terrace leading from the kitchen. The master bedroom features a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes, doors leading to the terrace and an en-suite complete with bath, shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is made up as twin beds with built in wardrobe. A second bathroom is complete with shower, basin and WC. For larger parties there is a double sofa bed allowing the apartment to sleep up to 6.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol has been a popular holiday destination for years and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The region offers everything as a holiday destination - beaches, mountains, history, culture, sports (perfect for golf lovers), shopping and leisure activities of every description. A drive along the superb motorway system and you can be in Malaga or Gibraltar in no time. From Calahonda it is easy to reach the glitzy towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Head inland and you can visit the quintessentially Spanish white villages or further on to the city of Seville. A waterpark and zoo are located at nearby Fuengirola.

Just 2 hours drive away is Sierra Nevada, Europe's most southerly ski resort. It's the best known and best equipped of all the Spanish ski resorts with 48 pistes covering 70 kilometres. You won't find another resort where you can ski in the morning then play golf in the sunshine or relax on a Mediterranean beach in the afternoon.

Calahonda and nearby towns of La Cala, Elviria and Cabopino offer miles of sandy beaches and an array of great restaurants and bars to suit every budget.

Club del Sol is nearby and offers tennis and squash facilities and there are many golf courses located in and around Calahonda.

Most major airlines and budget airlines fly to Malaga Airport. A large section of Malaga Airport is dedicated to car hire desks. Calahonda is 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport along either the Coastal Road (N-340) or the Toll Road. Calahonda is situated between Fuengirola and Marbella.
