About the home

Villa Jarales Jacarandas is a delightful bungalow style villa situated in Calahonda just two minutes walk from bars, shops, supermarket and restaurants and a five minute walk from the beach, no need for a car.
The villa has its own private swimming pool set in very private gardens where you can choose to relax and catch up on some rays!
Why not dine al fresco and enjoy the built in barbecue on those lazy summer nights.
With only a couple of steps throughout the villa, this home away from home is ideal for those with maybe infirm relatives or young children.
A small ramp can be supplied free of charge on request to make the villa 100% wheelchair friendly, the road entrance and gardens are already wheelchair friendly, the area around the villa is virtually flat.
The lounge area has plenty of sofas to relax in and listen to music on the Stereo, watch satellite TV or maybe a DVD when you want an opportunity to get out of the sun. The dining area has a dining table that will comfortably seat six people.

The fully fitted kitchen has everything that you require to prepare a simple salad - to accompany the steaks sizzling on the gas barbecue - or to a three course dinner!
Sleeping accommodation within the villa comprises of a large double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, two further twin bedrooms and a further bathrooms.
This villa is situated in a very secluded area in Calahonda, at the head of a cul-de-sac, but adjacent to shops, bars and restaurants and Calahonda beach, an ideal location for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

The pool area faces South west with sun all day, yet shade is always available under the covered terraces.
The pool is 8m x 4m with a 60cm raised edge so young children cannot fall in, this edge also makes nice seating
The pool is from 1.6m to 1.8m deep with Roman style walk in steps, water seats and hand rail.
All of the pool area and gardens are very private, ideal for guests wishing to return without and white bits!
A gas BBQ is provided for guests wishing to cook and eat al fresco.
6 reclining sun beds are provided for guests
The large solid wood exterior dining table easily seats 8, 6 chairs are provided

Brilliant villa. Very clean & close to everything
I stayed at this villa last year. The owner was nearby and on hand to help with any questions I had. The villa was very clean and well-kept. The pool was brilliant and we could keep an eye on the kids while drinking in the sun (and the sangria) on the terrace. There was sun and shade for everyone. There are plenty of restaurants, bars,shops and the beach - all within an easy walk. Very useful if you want to have a drink and not drive. We had a car for visiting other beaches, Marbella and inland villages but the buses run from the main road just around the corner. The villa itself is very quiet so could not hear any noise from the road.

Thanks so much for a stay! The villa was very well appointed, making our extended stay feel as if we had the amenities of home - a much appreciated comfort while traveling with small children! And, the beautifully maintained garden and patios meant that we could maximize our time in the fabulous weather! We appreciated your helpfulness prior to and during our stay. A beautiful villa set in lovely tropical gardens close to all the amenities that you may need.
The owner is on hand next door if you need him for anything but does not intrude in anyway.

We would like to thank you very much for the use of your lovely villa for our week’s holiday. We all had a great time and the week just flew by! The villa is very well equipped; you have thought of everything anyone could need, and more! The swimming pool was very welcoming and in such a private setting too.
