Home description
Downstairs comprises of a large lounge/dining area with open plan kitchen. There is also a twin bedroom & shower room. The lounge and bedroom have patio doors leading on to terrace and gardens. There is UK TV a DVD player and a 42' plasma TV. Upstairs the Master bedroom has a sun terrace with superb sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds and a sun terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a large Bathroom serving both of these bedrooms The villa is situated very close to bars, restaurants and the beach is just a 10 minute walk. A car is not required.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The villa is in Calahonda about ten minutes from Fuengirola, it takes about twenty minutes to drive to the villa from Malaga airport, and Marbella and Porto Banus are only a fifteen minute drive away.
You can walk to a local beach from the villa which takes about ten minutes. Two minutes walk from the villa are lots of bars and restaurants and shops yet you are far enough away to not hear any noise. If you walk for ten minutes there are two big supermarkets which are fantastic for fish, meat veg etc. also near the supermarkets is a big building with ten or more nice restaurants and bars everything from Indian, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, French, Spanish, thai, cafes, etc. there is a beautiful small harbour and fantastic beach about a five minute drive away called Capapino Beach. Gibralta is about one and a half hours drive away, and you can also drive up in the mountains which only takes about twenty minutes to some typical Spanish villages.
Calahonda / El Zoco area
Nearby you can water ski and jet ski and you can also travel to Tangier which would be about one and a half hours drive and then a ferry crossing. The villa itself is fantastic and in March 2008 was completely renovated with two new bathrooms,airconditioning, a new kitchen and all of the furniture is also brand new,. There is a plazma tv and dvd also a separate cd system.

Further details outdoors: There are eight detached villlas set in great gardens with swimming pool. Gibraltar is about one and a half hours drive, you can drive up in the mountains which only takes about twenty mins to some typical spanish village.
There are eight detached villas in the private gated development with great open plan gardens on different levels with palm trees, shrubs, different trees and plants. The gardens have lighting at night and the swimming pool which is very large also has lighting at night. A lot of the villas are not rented and the owners don’t come out that often so normally it is very quiet. I use a car hire company locally which are very good and charge about £15 per day for a small car with airconditioning and cd player.
Further details
To Book we simply require a 25% deposit with full balance paid 12 weeks before departure. All prices are for the entire rental of the Villa per week (There are no hidden charges). We require a fully refundable security deposit of £250 to cover any incidental damage, loss of keys etc. Deposits will be returned immediately after your holiday.
