About the home

In March 2008 the Villa was completely renovated with two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, brand new furniture and air conditioning throughout. The grounds of the Villa feature stunning tiered gardens, as well as a beautiful pool.

The ground floor of the villa provides a spacious lounge/dining area with an open-plan Kitchen. The lounge area also contains a 40” Plasma Television accompanied by Sky TV. There is a twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. Both the bedroom and the lounge have patio doors leading out onto the terrace and picturesque gardens.
The first floor master bedroom provides access to a sun terrace via the patio doors, this terrace can also be accessed via the second bedroom. There is a further sun terrace adjacent to the family bathroom. There are fitted wardrobes in all of the bedrooms as well as air conditioning.

The external grounds provide a charming dining environment, with seating for up to 8 people, the pool is located 15 meters from the terrace so chilldren playing in the pool can be seen at all times . Discreet lighting is provided in the evening for the gardens and pool. The gardens of the property are stunning, located on 2 levels are numerous palm trees and an number of colourful flowers.

Other amenities include a maid service, high chairs/cots are available if required and there is secure safe for valuables.

About the Location


Villa Belinda is in the town of Calahonda, nearby towns include, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola.
The Villa is ideally located; within close proximity to a supermarket which is fantastic for fresh fish, meat and fruit and veg. There are many restaurants and bars just a short distance from the Villa; with an array of foods from a variety of cultures to tantalise your taste buds.

There is a lovely beach just a short stroll from the Villa. And a 5 minute drive will take you to one of the best beaches on the coast, situated in the picturesque harbour setting of Cabapino.
A fifteen minute drive will take you into Marbella, where you can browse through the designer shops and boutiques, and visit the lovely old town, featuring Orange Square. Puerto Banus is a must see with a large marina and some of the largest yachts you will ever see.

Each hole is uniquely challenging, although the 9th hole in particular, featuring several lakes and bunkers, is guaranteed to put even the most skilful golfer to the test.

To Book we simply require a 25% deposit with full balance paid 12 weeks before departure. All prices are for the entire rental of the Villa per week (There are no hidden charges). We require a fully refundable security deposit of £250 to cover any incidental damage, loss of keys etc. Deposits will be returned immediately after your holiday.

The Costa del Sol region

Villa Belinda is situated in Calahonda. Ten minutes drive from the villa you can find the popular towns of Fuengirola and Marbella. The must see harbour of Porto Banus containing some of the best designer shops as well as some of the biggest yachts and supercars in the world is a 15 minute drive away. The typical spanish village of Mijas is located in the mountains and takes 30 minutes to drive to from Villa Belinda.

There is a beautiful small harbour about a five minute drive away called Cabopino Beach. Cabopino contains not only a gorgeous beach but also a selection of restaurants, bars and boats to see.

The Calahonda / El Zoco area

The Villa is ideally located, within close proximity to a supermarket which is fantastic for fresh fish, meat, fruit and veg. There are many restaurants and bars just a short distance from the Villa; with an array of foods from a variety of cultures such as Spanish, Thai, Indian, Italian to tantalise your taste buds.

Local activities include diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, go-karting, many of which can be found at Funny-Beach which located within a 5minute drive from Villa Belinda
