Las Palmeras is located just five minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town it is often referred to as the Hollywood Hills of Spain. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars for a nightcap. The apartment benefits from a choice of 2 swimming pools. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea and mountain views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Please note that Las Palmeras has finished construction however there are 5 swimming pools and 1 childrenīs pool but at this time only 2 of the pool and garden areas are complete.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol has welcomed UK tourists for over 50 years and has grown and expanded during that time. It is still possible to find fishing villages and less touristy areas and a car would soon let you escape further afield.
Calahonda and Mijas Costa are further along the coast towards Marbella. They are nice smaller resorts but have many bars, restaurants and shops. The whole coastline offers amazing beaches and with the coastal road along side heading towards Marbella it is possible to drive out of town for a day to the mountain villages of Mijas or Rhonda.
Gibraltar is a worthwhile excursion made easier with a new motorway for most of the journey. Local markets are popular in the area.
Calahonda / Las Palmeras de Calahonda area
Long a favourite destination, Calahonda is located close to several golf courses and has the typically lovely beaches for which the Mediterranean is famous. In Calahonda there are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beach bars, leisure facilities to choose from should you wish an energetic holiday or harmonious and restorative then Las Palmeras is the perfect base.
Just a couple of kilometers along the road is Puerto Cabopino, which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Dine at Albert's right next to the harbor!
Marbella with its bars, restaurants, shops and beautiful Orange Square is a 20 minute drive away. A further 10 minute drive gets you to the marina and playboy haunt of Puerto Banus. This is the place to be pampered yacht-side and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars.
Families with children will enjoy Tivoli World Centre in Benalmadena (20 mins drive), the Agua Park and excellent Zoo in Fuengirola (10 mins drive), and cable car rides to the Calamorro Mountain.

Fly to Malaga - Las Palmeras is just 25 minutes from the airport. Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk from most UK airports. Car hire available from www.email-car-hire.com There are always taxis available - fare should be no more than 50 euros

Further details outdoors: Las Palmeras is a new development and although construction has finished on 13 of the 14 blocks not all of the community areas have been landscaped. There are 2 swimming pool and garden areas complete.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% non refundable deposit required to confirm reservation. 75% balance due six weeks before your stay. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
