Home description
The Penthouse is perfect for Spanish-style living, partly because of the huge (75M2) terrace, which is where you will probably spend much of your time. This is split into a seating/drinks area furnished with local cane sofa and chairs; a dining area for 6, both under pergola-style shading; and a sunbathing/BBQ area. The two swimming pools are but a short walk away through the development's mature tropical gardens.
Owner's suite comprises large bedroom with en suite bathroom and intriguing Moorish window feature overlooking the valley. Two further bedrooms (one twin, one double beds) share a second large bathroom and have views onto the terrace and rear mountains respectively. The living area has TV/DVD; leather furniture; and a separate dining area for when the weather is too hot to eat outside. All floors (except for the terrace) are cream marble.
