- Bellavista Hills complex is perfectly situated between Fuengirola & Marbella on the "Costa del Golf" and only 30 mins drive from Malaga and the Airport and is set just a a 5 minute drive uphill once in Calahonda but we recommend a car or the use of the tourist train which runs up and down hourly or a taxi . The walk down is gentle but can be a bit of a strain on the legs back up. The apartment is fitted to a very high standard.
- WiFi/Internet Access is available through the purchase of a "Y-Internet" card either online or in local outlets.
- Perfect for Sunlovers, family holidays and Golfers alike, you have the choice of peace and tranquility or as much noise and/or nightlife as you want. There are an abundance of Golf Courses close to the apartment.
- Calahonda is one of the most popular resorts on the coast,,English is widely spoken by the locals and in most of the bars and restaurants which are plentiful. Restaurants include Spanish, English, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Belgian, Swiss, Thai, Japanese, to name but a few. There are numerous Chiringuitos (little spanish style eating shacks) dotted all along the beach. The bars, too many to count, are of all themes, family, sports, those with entertainment which ranges from karaoke to quiz nights, bingo to the 'hotest' entertainers around.
- It's got two large commercial centres with supermarkets, newsagents, gift shops, sports shops, florists, banks, exchange bureaus, in other words, everything is here - no need to travel.

The master bedroom has a Leather king-size bed, fully tiled en-suite bathroom comprising bidet,and
WC, sink and bath with power shower .
There is also a separate shower room with WC sink and shower cubicle.
All rooms lead directly onto the terrace via their own patio doors.
The lounge has 2 leather setees, drawer unit with Large LCD TV, DVDplayer CD/MP3 player, Sky Sattelite system. The dining table seats 4.
There is also the use of a safe within the apartment - details and security code will be provided with booking confirmation
Further details outdoors:
40 sq Metre Private terrace with stunning views to the hills, the resort of Calahonda and the Mediterranean. The coast of Africa can also be seen on a clear day.
Direct access from the terrace to the Pool & Gardens
This is a secure gated and fenced community .
The complex has a large communal pool , children's/splash pool set in well planted landscaped gardens.

Strictly no smoking in the Apartment although permissable on the terrace.
Pool towels are provided but we would ask you NOT to take them to the Beach or use the indoor towels outside.
To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of total payment is required at the time of booking with the balance being payable 6 weeks before arrival.
If the period from booking to arrival is less than 6 weeks, payment in full is required when booking.
*Please ensure your holiday insurance covers you as a result of flights being cancelled e.g. Volcanic Ashcloud etc as we are unable to return payments and our cancellation terms will apply.
We are also unable to offer Emergency Accomodation if your return flight is delayed or Cancelled
* Please note that check in on the day of arrival is from 16.00 hrs and the apartment must be vacated by 11am on day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the owner at the time of booking (if we have no other incoming guests on the day of departure we will endeavour to be flexible)
* Beach towels are NOT provided.
* We recommend you take out adequate travel insurance.
* A security deposit of £200.00 (or euro equivalent) is payable as insurance against any loss of keys and/or damage breakages sustained during the rental period This will be repaid to you within 14 days following inspection by our agent.
PLEASE NOTE - We will NOT keep your deposit if you break anything minor but we would ask that you inform us so that we can arrange replacement.
* Any accident of whatever nature within the property during the rental period is the reponsibility of the respective client.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the booking is cancelled the following charges are applicable.
Up to 6 weeks - deposit plus 20%
6 to 4 weeks - deposit plus 40%
4 to 2 weeks - deposit plus 60%
2 to 1 week - deposit plus 80%
1 week and under - NO REFUND

The £200.00 (or euro equivalent) security deposit will be returned to you in full in the event of cancellation.
The Costa del Sol region


With in excess of 320 days of sunshine and Mile after Mile of sandy Blue Flag beaches the Costa del Sol and in particular Calahonda is just the place for you.
The apartment is perfectly situated between Fuengirola and Marbella and within easy reach of numerous other resorts and attractions.
Fuengirola has various activities and is only a 10 mins drive from Calahonda. It has 5 miles of sandy beaches,an open air Zoo and Aqua park and .a host of nightlife activities, restaurants in abundance and late-night/early morning bars . It also has a train station with a regular service to/from Malaga Airport & other destinations..
Sohail Castle at the west end of the promenade and has a park which holds various festivals throughout the year.
Benalmadena is only about 20 mins drive from Calahonda There is also a regular bus service or you can take a taxi.
Benalmadena Costa has a 5 mile stretch of beach and a Mile or so long promenade and modern marina /shops
The area has a wide variety of restuarnts and shops. You can on day/ evening boat trips departing from the harbour on an hourly or daily basis to fish or to Dolphin watch . There is an old Chinese Junk that you can sail on around the Marina or go a 30 minute speed boat ride along the coast.
There is a Diving and Sea Life Centre within the harbour complex.
Set back from Benalmadena up in the hills is Benalmadena Pueblo, which is traditional Spanish village with typical Spanish shops and tapas restaurants.
On the coast there is "Tivoli World", one of the best theme/ entertainment parks on the Costas. Also situated there for the "not faint hearted" is the cable car which takes you high up in the mountains during which you will experience some stunning views.
Mijas is approx 20 mins away and is a typical quaint spanish village, it has Flemenco Shows in the Town Square, Donkey rides, a variety of restaurants and shops and beautfiful gardens on the hill/mountainside walk around the Church with spectacular views.
The very popular little typically Spanish village of La Cala is a 5 minute drive and apart from various good/ high quality restaurants and bars and it has one of the most popular beaches in the area.
A 10-15 minute drive from Calahonda is the playground of the rich & Famous " Puerto Banus" and its superp marina complex with designer shops, Casino, a Commercial Shopping Centre, Corte Ingles department store, a Marine Observatory and a multi cinema.
A couple of minutes further and you are in Marbella which has something for everyone. It's sea front water sports centres offer jet ski-ing, sailing, cable ski-ing and balloon flights.
Walk along the "Golden Mile",dine at some of the finest restaurants that the Mediterranean has to offer. Marbella is much more cosmopolitan than most towns on the Costa del Sol.
A little further on is Estepona. Once again there are a multitude of Shops/Bars & Reaturants and a beuatiful beach and promenade.
Gibraltar is less than an hours drive away. Don't forget your passports!!
It offers a varietyof English High Street stores. Wines, spirits, perfumes and cigarettes are duty free. When you visit Gibraltar, On September 10th (National Day) everyone wears red and white and visitors are asked to do likewise to help celebrate and to fit in!
The town of Rhonda set in the mountains is another "Must see" visit which is approx 40/50 mins away by car .
The Calahonda / Bellavista Hills area
Calahonda is perfectly positioned midway between Fuengirola and Marbella
There are a huge selection of Bars, Restaurants ,shops and various Supermarkets within a few minutes drive down the hill from Bellavista in Calahonda town and "El Zoco"
There are also a Variety of bars/ and good quality restaurants and a small supermarket a short walk away.
For those of you looking for Sporting activities they are in abundance in Calahonda .
There are a minimum of 20 golf courses within a 10 kilometre radius,
Calahonda Golf Course is a 10 minute walk away and on route you will pass "Club Del Sol" Calahondas Tennis Club which boasts 15 Clay & hard Courts, Squash Courts and Paddle Tennis. they offer join /mix in sessions and coaching for all ages. Next to Calahonda is Cabopino. with its own Marina and excellent beach which also has ample public parking it also has a "Naturist" area for those of you seeking an allover tan.
Calahonda / Bellavista Hills area
Bellavista Hills is situated a couple of minutes drive uphill in Calahonda which is why we recommend a car or the use of the tourist train which runs up and down hourly.

Calahonda is one of the busiest and most popular resorts on the coast, Language is not a problem if you don't speak Spanish as english is spoken by the Spanish in all the bars and restaurants.
Restaurants include Spanish, English, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Belgian, Swiss, Thai, Japanese, to name but a few. There are numerous Chiringuitos (little spanish style eateriies on the beach) There are various "Ventas" which offer good value "Menu Del Dia" With 3 courses typically costing between 8 - 10 euro per person.
There are a massive selection of bars catering for everyone wheter you want quiet, family bars, sports bars showing all the live sproting events and football from around the world and others which range from karaoke,quiz nights, and bingo to those offering excellent live entertainertainment.
Calahona also has two large commercial centres with supermarkets, newsagents, gift shops, sports shops, florists, banks, exchange bureaus, .
Calahonda caters for your every need so if you don't want to travel around you don't have to.

Calahonda is a 25/30 minute drive from the airport. For those hiring a car there is an abundance of car hire companies situated at the airport advertised on the web. Full directions will be sent to clients following a confirmed booking.
Taxis are plentiful outside the airport howver, we provide a pick-up and drop-off service at rate €50 each way. This is highly recommended as it is cheaper than a taxi and the driver knows exactly how to get to the apartment.
