This luxury first floor apartment was built to German specification .
The master bedroom has a double bed and a full en suite bathroom including bath, shower, w/c, twin hand basins, bidet.
Bedroom two has two single beds with mountain view.
There is a second bathroom with shower cubicle, w/c and wash basin.
The apartment is fully equipped including: hot and cold air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, full oven and hob, safe,etc The south facing terrace has sea and garden views and is ideal for al fresco dining and overlooks the very well maintained tropical gardens and the main pool. A second pool is also available. The complex has security gates and offers secure parking.
The apartment is within walking distance of good quality restaurant's and a small supermarket. A Road train is available from outside the gates and this can take you to more shops and bigger supermarkets, banks restaurant's, beach as well as tennis gym and golf facilities. We would recommend that you hire a car. The best local beach is at Cabopino and is 10 mins drive away Fuengirola is a 15 minute drive away with waterpark, zoo,disco's ,bars etc. Marbella/Puerta Banus is 20 minutes drive.

The south facing terrace is ideal for alfresco dining and has a large dining table and four comforable chairs as well as built in bench seating. The terrace is accessed from either the lounge or the master bedroom and two sun loungers are provided for that afternoon nap.
English speaking representatives will meet you on arrival and provide you with keys etc.
The property is strictly NON smoking
No pets are allowed.
£100 reservation deposit is payable at the time of booking.
The balance is payable 30 days in advance of arrival including a refundable damage deposit of £100
which will be refunded within 2 weeks(less any damage if applicable).
Refund policy is: non refundable deposit.. Less than 30 days no refund.
The prices quoted include linen and towels changes for stays of two weeks but note we do NOT provide beach towels. Prices include a standard allowance for electricty and water but we reserve the right to charge for excessive consumption above the standard allowance.

The Costa del Sol region
The costa del sol has an excellent all year round climate with about 320 days of sunshine year and an ideal destination. In summer temperatures are in the mid 30's and in winter they can be around 20 degrees and ideal to get away from the cold and damp of Northern Europe.
If your a golfer, this is paradise.
There are over 200 golf courses to choose from including the Ryder Cup course at Valderamma. A 9 hole course is available within the urbanisation and a challenging 18 hole course at Cabopino is a 5 min drive away.
If your looking for culture,history or art then Malaga is worth a visit especially the Picasso Museum.
A 2 hour drive will get you to Granada and the magnificent Alhambra palace or the Great Mosque at Cordoba.
Sevilla is our personal favourite and is just over two hours drive or you can catch the train from Malaga. It is so beautiful along the riverbank. The architecture is some of the best in Spain. Take the open top tour bus along avenues full of orange trees and take the river boat trip.
If your after duty free goods/booze then take a day trip to Gibraltar or even catch the ferry to Tangiers, its a great day out
There are many local bars, restaurants and dinner/dances on Saturday nights at local golf clubs.
If you are after the high life then head to Marbella 15 taxi ride where you can walk along the promenade and dine at the posh restaurants or spot the stars at the marina in Puerta Banus.
The Calahonda / Bonita Hills area
Calahonda is a well established urbanisation on the coast between Fuengirola and Marbella. In the last10 years top quality apartments such as Bonita Hills have been built at the top of Calahonda and provides a secure gated community with well maintained buildings, gardens and two swimming pools.
Within the urbanisation there are many fine restaurants, shops, bars supermarkets, banks, golf course as well as a local beach and excellent tennis/squash and gym facilities. A road train operates from outside the gates of Bonita Hills down to the main coast road and beach and stops at all the above facilities. On the main coast road you can catch a bus west to Marbella, Puerta Banus or east to Fuengirola.

We have recently enjoyed a brilliant weeks holiday, at Bonita Hills. This apartment is perfectly situated within the developement, over looking a very pretty pool and landscaped gardens.This imaculately maintained apartment is beautifully furnished and totally equiped for all your needs.
Even though this developement is completely relaxing and tranquil, it is within easy reach of lovely bars, restaurants shops and beaches.
We particularly love Cabopino. A perfect location to enjoy beautiful food at any one of the restaurants. Another favourite is Miraflores Golf Club, where we enjoyed a night of live entertainment and dancing together with really good food!
We have enjoyed a perfect holiday and would strongly recommend this apartment!!

My girlfriend and I had a great week in Calahonda. The Bonita Hills resort was lovely and quiet, so it provided the opportunity for lazy days by the shared pool (which we had to ourselves most of the time), a walk down to the beach and lunch at the excellent Alberts or days out to Purto Banus and Marbella. We enjoyed traditional tapas in Patagonia in Marbella which was fantastic and further afield to the dramatic Rhona Valley. The apartment is conveniently a 25 mins drive from Malaga airport, it is close to a few good supermarkets and within a 10 minute walk you can visit a wide selection of good restaurants. The apartment itself was of high quality, had a great balcony overlooking the pool and Med, which was lovely for drinks of an evening. It was spacious with good modern facilities, very clean and having two family bathrooms was a real bonus when getting ready. I would recommend to all and have already booked to go back in July this year.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The complex was good, with a nice sized pool and plenty of space for parking your sun lounger! We received good service all the way following a recommendation from a friend. The local area has all the usual delights, good food, bars and Marbella only a short drive/taxi ride away. Great for having a quiet couple of days with the advantage of being able to go out and about if you want. returning this summer for another 10 days.
