About the home

Two bedroom apartment with own garden looking over pool close to Miraflores Sports centre and Club, walking distance to beach golf driving range and restaurants and bars all around, 15 minutes walk to Calahonda town centre, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun with pool and beaches close by.

15 minute drive to Marbella or 20 minutes to Puerto Banus for a look at how the other half live, 15 minutes up into the mountain to the small town of Mijas, with lovely views over the sea and Fuengirola.

Refurbished two years ago to good standard, clean tidy easy to keep clean all towels and sheets provided, own garden and communal pool well looked after and kept very clean.

Conditions

The apartment cleaned when arriving and will be cleaned after you leave.

The Costa del Sol region

Costa del sol or costa del golf, many golf courses, bars and restaurants, warm temperatures most of the year
cabopino marina 5 mintues drive with luxurious vessels, large beaches either side, bars and restaurants.
Fuengirola has a Zoo, Aqua park and shopping malls, once again a large beach and markets on various days.
Mijas which is very close to Fuengirola up in the mountains gives interesting walks for the fit and tremendous views over the whole area.

The Calahonda / Riviera Area area

Very accessible area, close to main N340 coast road, but still quiet location, beaches and golf clubs, bowls club , 15 minutes drive to Marbella or 10 miutes drive to Fuengirola, bank, shops and local health clinics all very close, golf driving range walking distance Miraflores golf club very close, beach also 10 mintues walk.
Supermarkets 10 minutes walk in both directions. The apartment is situated on the road betweem Miraflores and Riviera del Sol, which is a beautifully kept and quiet location only two road back from the N340 which runs from the airport about 30 mintues away, it gives you access to the whole of the costa del sol right down to Gibralta which it about 1 hour further down the coast.

Easy jet, ryanair fly into Malaga airport, which is about 40 Kilometres away about 30 minutes drive, or by Taxi, which costs about 50 euros each way. There are many car rental firms operating at Malaga airport, check the internet for best deals, we use holiday-autos. There is a taxi rank about 10 minutes walk by the local shops and supermarket for your return journey in Riviera Del Sol by the Open Cor shop. There is also bus stops by these shops which go from Fuengiroal to Marbella in both directions.
