A deposit of 30% is required on booking.
The remainder of the balance is due six weeks before the start of the rental period.
Rental periods start on Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed with owner.

Cleaning is not included in the rental price, this is 50 Euros for up to 6 persons to be paid on arrival to key holder.
The check-in starts on Saturday 4 p.m and the check-out on Saturday 10.00 a.m unless agreed with the owner.
A refundable security caution deposit is also required. Discounts for Long lets over 3 months.

We all had a wonderful time, the apartment is very very nice clean and very new, we liked the furniture’s very much very stylish and comfortable and has a great atmosphere.
