A deposit of 30% is required on booking.
The remainder of the balance is due six weeks before the start of the rental period.
Rental periods start on Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed with owner.

Cleaning is not included in the rental price this is 40 Euros to be paid on arrival.
The check-in starts on Saturday 4 p.m and the check-out on Saturday 10.00 a.m unless agreed with the owner.
A refundable security caution deposit is also required. Discounts for Long lets over 3 months.

30% Deposit required on reservation
70% 6 weeks before travel, together with £200 refundable security/damages deposit.
