Newly furnished in June 2007. The apartment has a a large open plan kitchen and living room with dining for 6. Large southwest facing terrace with the sun from midday to sunset, sea views and integral BBQ. Direct lift access from car park to apartment and all parts of development including swimming pools.

This new complex is set in the hills above Sitio de Calahonda with the apartments set in beautiful gardens with swimming pools, fountain and waterfall (Las Cascadas). The main pool has loungers, changing facilities and great views down to the coast.
The hillside setting of Las Cascadas de las Lomas provides guests with fantastic views across the Mediterranean to both Gibraltar and North Africa.
A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, although a tourist train will get you around Calahonda leaving every half hour, and buses from Calahonda take you along the coastal road to Marbella, Puerto Banus, and other places along the coast.
Car hire services are available at the airport as well as many places in Calahonda.
The centre of Calahonda is 2km down the hill from Cascadas de Las Lomas and offers a good choice of restaurants & bars together with supermarkets, shops, medical centre, taxi rank and banks.
Calahonda itself is well positioned on the Costa del Sol being centrally located to all the top attractions and resorts like the historic town of Granada with its Alhambra Palace and Ronda with panoramic views.

There is direct lift access from the secured underground parking to the apartment. Lift access also throughout Complex. Apartment is on 1st floor.
The Costa del Sol region
Long a favourite destination, the Costa del Sol offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine. Torremolinos attracts a younger crowd, with sweeping beaches, shopping centres and thriving discos. Fuengirola is more family-friendly. There are plenty of watersports on offer, and pedal-boats for the family to enjoy.
The Calahonda area
The miles of sandy beaches and good restaurants and bars of Puerto Cabopino are a five minute drive away. Cabopino also offers a range of water sports, fishing, sight-seeing and boat trips.
For the energetic there are many fine golf courses within a few minutes drive, and Club del Sol offering clay and hard court tennis, plus squash, gym and restaurant within 1km.
Marbella with its bars, restaurants, shops and beautiful Orange Square is a 20 minute drive away. A further 10 minute drive gets you to the marina and playboy haunt of Puerto Banus.
Recommended is a trip to the white town of Ronda with its breathtaking setting over a gorge (60 minute drive).
Historic Gibraltar offers opportunities for duty-free shopping and dolphin watching. (60 minute drive).
Families with children will enjoy Tivoli World Centre in Benalmadena (15 mins drive), the Aqua Park and excellent Zoo in Fuengirola (10 mins drive), and cable car rides to the Calamorro Mountain.
Nearer to the area is Funny Beach, on the coast road to Marbella (15 mins drive). This area has go-karting track and will let children over 7 drive round the track on the smaller children's go-karts. In addition there is a trampoline area, electronic games, and you can go on quad safaris. Selwo is another great attraction for children, it is a large wildlife theme park at Estapona, near Marbella.
Not far from the beaches are true Spanish villages such as Mijas, Casares, Manilva and Sabinillas, all locked in time.

The apartment is an easy 30 minute drive from Malaga airport along the coast road, with Calahonda being between Fuengirola and Marbella.
