The apt has one kingsize bedroom and a twin second bedroom and also 4ft and a 3ft fold out beds in the Large lounge. 2 leather sofas to seat 6 and quality furniture. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, bidet and toilet, hair dryer & shaving point.

There is a second bathroom with sink and toilet and a fully fitted kitchen with coffee machine to dishwasher.Marble floors throughout.Fully air conditioned for hot or cold air and fully double glazed.The lovely large balcony has sea and golf views, with table, chairs and 4 sun loungers.Just three steps to the lobby and front door or use The cool underground parking that has a lift to the front door for heavy golf bags, push chairs etc.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Miraflores is an established, well maintained village, and caters for all tastes. Within a short walk or drive you will find the golf club, crazy golf and tennis. Shops, bars, entertainment and a supermarket all within a short distance of Ocean golf riviera

The local beach is clean with a good restaurant. Or take a short drive to the beaches of La Cala, Calahonda or Cabopino.

Miraflores is ideal for touring the Costa del Sol. Marbella is only 15 minutes drive. There are plenty entertainments for the children nearby, including Selwo Wild life Park, Fuengirola Zoo, Benalmadena Tivol World. The tax free haven of Gibraltar is about 1 hours drive, here you can also take a ferry over to Tangier or Cueta or a boat trip to visit the dolphins.

There are bars, restaurants, entertainment, shops and banks all within a short walk, where you can stroll down to get you daily newspaper or fresh bread for breakfast.

The Aztec Centre sporting complex, a couple of minutes down the road, has an Olympic sized swimming pool, 7 tennis courts, badminton courts, mini golf, gymnasium, beauty salon / hairdresser, and physiotherapist . Open to non residents it provides excellent, reasonably priced food and evening entertainment for all ages. A newly constructed and state of the art Internet centre and games room caters for all ages. Trips, golf rounds etc can be booked from here. The Aztec centre is open to non residents and for a small fee one can use the clubs facilities.

The local golf course is Miraflores, which is only a 5 minute drive to the club house. Cabopino is only 10 minutes by car away along with numerous other courses on the Costa del Golf, such as Mijas Golf, La Cala, Santa Maria within a 20 minute drive

The Costa Del Sol, boundaries of Mountains and the beaches of the Mediterranean sea running for approximately 100 miles along Europe's most southern coast. You can even see North Africa! ! Average temperature on the Costa del Sol will be about 28 degrees during the months of June through August and is the warmest part of spain all year round .

The choices are vast here from -
Malaga - with original charm, tapas bars and the Cathedral La Alcazaba the moorish fortress, so lavish, it rivals any of the principal Arabian Palaces!
Fuengirola - with everything from englsh cinema to zoo .and aquapark.
Mijas Pueblo - most picturesque "white village" with cobbled streets fantastic views.
Marbella & the famous Puerto Banus Marina with famous faces and shops, clubs and restaurants.
Rhonda - inland to the valley with super twin gorge and old bullrings and arabian baths.

Calahonda / Miraflores area

Riviera del Sol, Costa del Sol, Spain sits on the coast midway between Marbella and Fuengirola. Riviera del Sol is situated only a few minutes from the new AP 7 motorway allowing access to and from Malaga airport in 25 minutes. Riviera del Sol / Miraflores runs down to the beach and is adjacent to Calahonda.

Riviera del Sol is a mixed residential and holiday area enjoying every facility and services needed to enjoy life comfortably. Banks, restaurants, shops, supermarket, chemist and a health centre are all to hand. Riviera del Sol has its own golf course, golf school tennis club, lawn bowls and numerous golf courses and many other sports facilities are within 10 minutes drive.

Bus routes lead to all areas and there are bus stops either side of the A7 (N340) main road going to Marbella and to Fuengirola. The new Costa del Sol Hospital is 10 minutes drive away.
Nearby Puerto Cabopino provides mooring for boats and all water sports, as well as a lovely beach.

Golf
A sea of green fulfilment is how we will describe playing golf on the Miraflores Golf Course. Their practise ground, the driving range is available when you wish to train. When you wish to compete, the Miraflores18 hole golf course is one of the most famous golf courses on the coast (the apt overlooks the 9th hole and the clubhouse)

- Well behaved pets are allowed
- Strictly no smoking inside - exception on the balcony
- Refundable breakage and key loss deposit of £200 required, ( refundable within 2 weeks of your departure subject to property inspection). I will not deduct money for small breakages, glasses etc if you replace at the time with similar.
- 25% of rental fee due 8 weeks before your stay to secure booking.
