About the home

This beautiful apartment situated between Fuengerola and Marbella has been furnished to a very high standard with every home comfort needed for a really pleasant stay inlcuding Sky TV ,DVD player, and air con/heating. The large terrace is equipped with lovely furniture and sunbeds and plenty of shade due to the apartments frontline position which is among the best within the Princess Park complex, also commanding fantastic views to the coast & over the main pool & gardens. This secure apartment can be accessed from a private carpark and lift which serves only 6 apartments. There is plenty of parking, and finding Princess Park is really easy as we are only 2 km from the motorway turnoff. A taxi service runs in the area and the apartment is only a short drive away from the beautiful Port of Cabapino with its harbour overlooked by several superb restaurants. Its lovely beach also has plenty of informal beach bars too.

MARBELLA and it's world famous jet set harbour of PUERTO BANUS are just a 20 minute drive away. Both with lots to see and some spectacular restaurants. GRANADA area in winter offers Ski-ing just 2 hours drive away, with British GIBRALTAR the same distance in the opposite direction with the entertaining "rocks" monkeys and fantastic duty free goods.
RONDA a pleasant drive into the countryside through the hills is dramatically situated with the town offering a taste of genuine ANDALUCIA. The list is endless with lots of place of interest to see for all the family.

The Calahonda / Princess Park area

Calahonda itself is full of beautiful well established homes with pretty streets. It has plenty of night life too and has a 'buzz' day and night. There are plenty of supermarkets, banks ,shops bars and restaurants. Just a short distance away is PUERTO CABOPINO where deep sea fishing trips can be arranged ! The pretty port is surrounded by a lovely selection of restaurants and beach bars and this place truly has that mediterranean atmosphere about it. Also close by is LA CALA is a lovely small town with some delightful pretty narrow streets - home to some quaint restaurants and pavement cafes. This town also offers a lovely sandy beach too with its own beach restaurants and shops.
