Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite) this villa is an ideal place to sunbathe, go for a swim, or relax in the shade of the patio.

The living room opens out onto the patio with a fantastic view to the sea, and the garden is in the sun all day - from the beautiful sunrise until sunset. British and German TV and radio are available via the satellite TV in the living room, and the usual facilities are available in the kitchen and utility room, including fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Parking is easy in front of the property, and the town centre is a 20 minute walk / 2 minute drive away, offering restaurants, supermarkets, bars (with Sky Sports), and public transport to Fuengirola, Malaga and Marbella.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Malaga and Marbella are 20 minutes drive away - or enjoy a stroll along the beach to Marbella! Public transport is also available from the town centre, with buses to Malaga, Marbella, and Fuengirola (a train is also available between Fuengirola and Malaga).
A beautiful mountainous region, with easy access to the mountain towns of Mijas and Ronda.

Calahonda area

The town has a pretty centre with 20 restaurants, supermarkets, a nightclub, and a quiet beach, and Cabopino beach (with extra amenities) 5 minutes drive in direction Marbella.
