This superb apartment is situated in a small gated community. It is a large three bed which is let as a two bed. The main bed room is made up as a double with en suit bath room, fitted wardrobes and direct access to balcony. The second bedroom is made up as twins. There is one further bathroom. There is an additional sofa bed allowing it to sleep five. The apartment has a south facing balcony furnished with table and chairs making it ideal for outside dining. The apartment is situated on the second floor but has direct lift access from the private underground car park to the front door. There are four communal adult swimming pools and three children pools all located in a landscape garden. There are also sun beds provide for your use around the pools. You are guarantee a relaxing time.
If you do not want to hire a car. Public transport is readly available to Calahonda and then a five minute taxi drive to apartment. However due to the location of the apartment,a car is ideal to get around to all the beautiful nearby places.then you are in "GOLF HEAVEN" with the largest golfing complex in Spain 15 minutes away at La Cala Resort. All of the Coast's MAJOR RESORTS and FAMILY ATTRACTIONS can be reached easily to include Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola ,Benalmedena, Mijas. Aqualand, Tivoli World, Cable cars, Marine Land, Fuengirola Zoo etc.

Marbella for shops or Puerto Banus where you can admire the beautiful yachts , stroll along the marina or just enjoy a meal at the quayside restaurants. About ten mintes drive away is Fuengirola for shops,bars and long sandy beaches Marinas at Benalmadena or Cabopino iswort a stroll or check out beach life at Nikki Beach.
Gibraltar is worth a trip for duty free shopping
For the children a visit to the huge water park, or zoo at Fuengirola. Drive 10 minutes further on for Sea World Centre or Selwo dolphins at Benalmadena and Tivoli World or the Crocodile Park at Torremolos. Do not forget the cable care visit to the Calamorro mountain.

Just returned from a week's holiday at Princess Park, Calahonda with my husband and six year old daughter - we had a FAB time! The apartment is located in the perfect spot high up in the mountains, which provides beautiful views of the sea from the large balcony. The apartment is decorated to a high spec and provides comfort and luxury for all the family. It is spacious, well lied out, well equipped (Sky TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi), and the sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom allow the views to be experienced all the time. The kitchen is fully equipped and well kept and makes for a very good self-catering holiday. The rooms are a good size and we enjoyed many family meals on the spacious balcony. We loved the choice of pools at the complex - great for children and adults - our daughter particularly loved the one located at the front of the complex. The complex itself is very tranquil, well maintained and all the residents are very friendly. We spent a day at the beach a short drive away and an evening in Marbella a 10 - 15 minute drive away, we spent the rest of our time around and in the pool! This apartment is in the perfect location and provides holidays makers with the best of both worlds - a peaceful break away in a beautiful setting - restaurants beaches and other actives a short drive away if you want something more lively. We are already looking forward to our next visit! |

We have rentet the apartment and only stay there 2 night because our freind have birdstay and they also have a apartment i Princess Park. Nice apartment everythink was perfect and the lady of there take care of the cleaning was vry nice. Thanks and we will rent the apartment again... |

We had a superb stay here. The apartment is very spacious and the decor is to the highest standards with lots of facilities and mod cons such as Internet connection, private parking and a choice of swimming pools. We felt instantly at home and enjoyed all aspects of our stay. We were able to explore Costa Del Sol and retreat into a fabulous and peaceful apartment as we wished, |
