From the living room there are large patio doors onto the very spacious terrace with amazing views of the sea, which has BBQ, table and chairs for dining and sun loungers. There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool set in lovely gardens with stunning views to the sea. The apartment also provides private parking and a lift for easy access to the apartments and pool area. The entire block is only 3 floors and has a lift, (Including an incapacity lift), to all floors including the gardens and pool area.
This apartment provides a great place to relax or to enjoy many of the facilities of Calahonda. There is a large choice of Golf courses very near. The town of Marbella is also only around 15 minutes' drive away and Calahonda is a perfect base from which to explore the Costa del Sol and is only around 50 mins drive to Gibraltar and near to towns such as Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Estepona. Anything and everything is reachable from Calahonda including fantastic beaches complete with all water-sports and activities you can think of, theme parks including a Sealife centre in Benalmadena and many coastal fairground areas. It makes for a perfect family holiday and due to the peaceful apartment location it is also a wonderfully tranquil holiday base.
Further afield you can visit the Selwo natural park, El Chorro lakes behind the hills of Malaga and even go skiing in the Sierra Nevada in under 2 hours drive!

Málaga has a subtropical–Mediterranean climate with one of the warmest winters in Europe.
Average temperatures of 17 °C (62.6 °F) during the day and 7–8 °C (45–46 °F) at night in the period from December through February.
The summer season lasts about eight months, from April to November, although in the remaining four months temperatures sometimes reach around 20 °C (68.0 °F)
But perhaps the most unique feature of this enchanting region are the remnants of its Moorish past. Each of these Andalucian capitals boasts spectacular remains of their monuments, the most unforgettable of which is, undoubtedly, Granada's Alhambra palace.
The Costa del Sol is not one of the most popular tourist and second home destinations in the world for nothing, and what the coast boasts, so does Calahonda. To attempt to define Calahonda is like trying to define the Costa del Sol itself. Blessed with beautiful weather, straddling the thin strip of land between rugged mountains and the silky shimmer of the Mediterranean and attracting plenty of tourists each year, Calahonda is a firm favourite with families, couples, retirees, golfers and groups of younger holidaymakers. Located in Mijas Costa, between Fuengirola and Marbella, halfway along Málaga Province's coast, Calahonda's boundaries are difficult to define. The town area near the coast is actually rather small, yet the urbanisations, golf courses and private residences stretch for miles inland, over some of the region's most gently undulating terrain. Its geographical makeup has helped Calahonda create a distinct community of expats, drawn from Britain, Ireland, Scandinavia and large parts of South America, yet it is the Brits who have stamped their culture most noticeably on the place.
It has a large number of traditional British pubs, Irish Bars, karaoke bars, golf bars and Spanish tapas bars and Spain's non-existent licensing laws allow bars to stay open as late as they want!!
There are many supermarkets and English-speaking businesses – including dentists, vets, roofers, cable guys and hairdressers and many others, with a first class English speaking hospital only a few kms away.
