This is a spacious apartment finished to a high standard with marble floors throughout. It has secure underground parking with lift and stairs to the apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, flat screen digital TV and DVD and free wi-fi. The apartment is part of a small gated community allowing for a peaceful relaxing holiday. The master bedroom is en suite with patio doors leading onto the terrace. The second bedroom sleeps up to 3 with bunk beds and a separate single bed. The apartment benefits from a fully fitted kitchen including cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The terrace is very large with table, chairs and solar lighting, benefitting from the morning sun with views of the mountains and distant sea view. The pool area enjoys all day sunshine and has plenty of sunbeds available. There is also a table tennis table, showers, toilets and drinks chillers.

The Costa del Sol region
Milenio apartments are located in southern Spain near the Andalucian mountain range in the Costa del Sol. This region is also known as the Costa del Golf because of its many golf courses. We are adjacent to the popular Miraflores golf course.
The spectacular S-shaped building is a 20 minute drive from Malaga and 25 minute drive from Marbella
The Calahonda / Riviera Area area
Local activities are numerous, golf of course! but also tennis, watersports and also the opportunity to explore the Sierra Nevada mountain range for skiing or snowboarding. The area has some beautiful beaches and the Fuengirola aqua park is only 10 minutes drive away.

Leave the airport follow the exit sign (salidas). Follow signs to Malaga/Cadiz (past San Miguel factory), keep right this takes you up to the main road signposted to Cadiz N348 towards N340.
Join N340 to Cadiz. Stay on road until the road splits, take right hand fork (still N340) but coast road.
Stay on N340 for 15mins, passing turn offs for Fuengirola, El Faro and Cala de Mijas.
Look for Riviera sign, take the second exit.
Take second exit off roundabout Avenue del Golf, carry on up over 3 roundabouts, turn left at crossroads in Avenue de Esmerelda
Past golf driving range on left, then take turning on right signposted Miraflores Clubhouse and Milenio.
Take next right also signposted Miraflores Golf. Carry on up winding road past Miraflores Golf Clubhouse through car park. Milenio is the next left turn. Press the remote control fob to open the gates to the underground car park.

We hired this for a week in meaning to look around if we could stay in future years some longer winter period in the area. It was important to me and my wife that the place would be easy to access from different directions, the flat would be easy to get in (lift and parking under the house), it would have enough space and a terrace with a free wiev (we are bird watchers) and have a free wifi. This one fitted for all our requirements also in practice! We also injoyed the slightly modern style. We enjoy of making food by ourselves and there was relly enough equipments for that (but we also wisited the nearby Miraflores golf club for some good meals). There were a lot of large shops within short reach by car. We were the first Finns and it seems to be, that the British and Finnish bankin habit do not totally fit (I have not sen a bond cheque for more than over 10 years until now) but till the end everything went fine and reliable. The ownwrs were very helpful. |

We couldn't fault this holiday.We only booked 10 days but as soon as we arrived wish we had booked 14!! It was a cracking apartment, plenty of space and superb decor. We travelled with our two sons (11&13) after doing the a few large all inclusive holiday we weren't sure how we would get on with this type of holiday.We needn't have worried. The owner was extremely helpful and the booking process was dead easy. The Milenio apartments are set in some lovely well kept gardens. The pool area was well kept, clean and private. It's the first time for a long time we've gone down to the pool at 11am and found some free sunbeds. We didn't really use the gym but made full use of the Table tennis table. The fridge by the pool was ideal for our drinks. The kids made full use of the free WiFi in the apartment, chilling out with their iPods. We had planned on eating out most of the time but the apartment was so well equipped that most evenings we would just cook or get a takeaway (Pappadoms Indian restaurant we thoroughly recommend). A car is advisable if you stay at these apartments. There is a rank of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in close proximity which are in walking distance but its a very hilly walk. To top it all the weather was superb and we found some lovely beaches and places to visit nearby,our favourites being Peublo de Cala Mijas and Peurto Banus. Gibralter is also well worth a visit (a 90 min car drive) Would definitely recommend and are seriously considering booking again for next year. |

The Apartment is fantastic, very modern and clean, very well equipped. Excellent air-co. LCD TV and WIFI. underground parking, nice gardens and pool. My kids loved to play ping-pong by the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is really good, among all costa del sol attractions. A car is a must though. The booking was very easy and John is really helpfull. We are already planning our next stay there. There are few super-markets and good restaurants nearby, and the beaches down the hill are really lovely Great place for kids !!. |
