This modern, spacious 2 bed apartment, situated in the attractive Milenio complex in Riviera Del Sol is ideally suited for those wishing to relax by the pool or on the beach, play golf, or explore the many attractions of the Costa Del Sol and surrounding countryside. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens with swimming pool, children’s pool, sauna and gym, this comfortable accommodation has a large terrace with tables and chairs and views of the mountains and distant sea view. The Miraflores Golf Club where there is restaurant, bar and evening entertainment is only a 5 minute walk from the property while other shops, bars and restaurants and sandy beaches are located within a 5 minute drive

This is a spacious apartment finished to a high standard with marble floors throughout. It has secure underground parking with lift and stairs to the apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, satellite television and is within a small gated development allowing for a peaceful relaxing holiday. The master bedroom is en suite with patio doors leading onto the terrace. The second bedroom sleeps up to 3 with bunk beds and a separate single bed. The apartment benefits from a fully fitted kitchen including cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The terrace is very large with table and chairs, solar lighting and views of the mountains and distant sea view.

The Costa del Sol region

Milenio apartments are located in southern Spain near the Andalucian mountain range in the Costa del Sol. This region is also known as the Costa del Golf because of its many golf courses. We are adjacent to the popular Miraflores golf course.

The spectacular S-shaped building is a 20 minute drive from Malaga and 25 minute drive from Marbella.

The Calahonda / Riviera Area area

Local activities are numerous, golf of course! but also tennis, watersports and also the opportunity to explore the Sierra Nevada mountain range for skiing or snowboarding.

Leave the airport follow the exit sign (salidas). Follow signs to Malaga/Cadiz (past San Miguel factory), keep right this takes you up to the main road signposted to Cadiz N348 towards N340.
Join N340 to Cadiz. Stay on road until the road splits, take right hand fork (still N340) but coast road.
Stay on N340 for 15mins, passing turn offs for Fuengirola, El Faro and Cala de Mijas.
Look for Riviera sign, take the second exit.
Take second exit off roundabout Avenue del Golf, carry on up over 3 roundabouts, turn left at crossroads in Avenue de Esmerelda.
Past golf driving range on left, then take turning on right signposted Miraflores Clubhouse and Milenio.
Take next right also signposted Miraflores Golf. Carry on up winding road past Miraflores Golf Clubhouse through car park. Milenio is the next left turn. Press the remote control fob to open the gates to the underground car park.

“Fantastic apartment would definately go again” We arrived mid August for a fortnight and found the apartment and facilities to be fantastic. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. I would definately advise getting a hire car as we did a lot of walking. The apartment booking process was very straight forward and after being slightly worried about booking online was pleased to be contacted by a very friendly owner.

“Lovely modern apartment in well maintained complex ideally located for visiting the many attractions” The apartment was clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. The huge terrace was a massive bonus where we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning sun and the cool breeze in the evenings with a glass of sangria. Bliss! There is an underground car park which was very secure and where you'll also find the gym which we took advantage of on a couple of occasions. The gardens around the swimming pool are beautiful and so peaceful. The pool is lovely with only a handful of people and plenty of beds providing a very relaxing setting. There is also a pond with terrapins. You couldn't help getting the feeling that you were staying in an upmarket complex that was very well cared for. For evening food and entertainment, you can walk to the Miraflores Golf Club which is only 5 mins walk away and a little bit further away are some bars, restaurants and supermarket where you can get everything you need. We found a very cheap breakfast at @connect which was only 3.50 euros and very good value for those days when you just don't feel like making something yourself. A little bit further away, about 5 min drive there are more bars and restaurants and 2 supermarkets by the beach. While we were here, we visited Cabopino which is a lovely little marina a short drive away where there are more restaurants and a beach. There is also another lovely beach at La Cala. Further afield we visited the spectacular town of Ronda and the villages of Casares and Gaucin and stayed overnight in the beautiful city of Granada, visiting El Torcal National Park on the way back with its rock formations and birds of prey. All well worth a visit! Overall we had a fab time at this accommodation. The owner was very helpful answering our queries before we arrived and we had no problems at all. It's location is perfect for visiting all the attractions of the Costa del Sol and the surrounding countryside.and would definitely recommend.
