This is a large apartment in comparison to other apartments on offer in the Costa del Sol. It has 96 square metres of living space, and that EXCLUDES a very generous south facing terrace complete with loungers and outdoor Patio furniture. You really will appreciate the open plan space! Both inside and outside.
The Large Sun terrace is inter-connected to the main lounge and the en suite master bedroom complete with "Jacuzzi Bath". Space and access makes for a great retreat for early morning risers or evening sunset conversations. It overlooks the pool and mature gardens and is set back from the road, giving a quiet and tranquil athmosphere.
Beach and shops are within 400 and 200 yards respectively. Everthing at your doorstep...except the cat!!!

This first floor apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms; (twin and double room with en-suite ). All Bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of drawer space. The bathrooms both contain showers with the en suite containing the added luxury of a "Spa Bath".
Now for those who like to cook, there is a large separate fully equipped kitchen complete with all the mod cons one would expect in an apartment at home. You can choose to eat at the breakfast bar which connects to the large diner and lounge area.
The lounge area is Very spacious, complete with a sofa bed option. It has direct access to the sun lounge and comes with satellite TV that gives you Sky News, CNN, ITV News, BBC1, BBC2, BBC3 and many 'Free to air' satellite channels. And of course a DVD player.
It's a great comfort to know that you have a local person to solve issues on the spot!.....
The apartment is fully managed by our dedicated on site management agent. So, in the unlikely event of a problem occuring during your stay you have instant access 24 hours a day to his team of customer care representatives. Effectively, he acts as my "Holiday Rep" for all issues concerning the apartment and I can assure you of a prompt and efficient service.
The apartment is completely cleaned and prepared with fresh linen and towels for each new arrival. Optional maid service to clean apartment during stay at an extra cost of 35 euros per visit.

Beautiful mature landscaped gardens with hidden shaded areas and garden furniture. Choose from one of two swimming pools, complete with fresh water showering facilities.
This private complex is gated and secure complete with adaquate private parking facilities.
A little "Secret Door" within the complex gives you quick access to the beach walk way. There you will find a custom designed beach Hut with Full refreshment and restaurant facilities. Use the sun loungers and Capopys Lie and untUse the comple private secure Car Parking and lifts to all floors. The complex is pushchair and wheelchair friendly. The terrace overlooks the pool and gardens and is set back from the road, giving a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. The Costa del Sol region


The Costa-Del-Sol has a wonderful year round climate with 320 days sunshine a year. The area is packed with wonderful golf courses, in fact there are 30 within 20km of the apartment, so golfers are spoilt for choice. Within a 2hr drive of the apartment you can be at 'Granada', Seville, Gibraltar which are all steeped in history. More locally are the pretty whitewashed villages of Mijas, Benalmadena Pueblo, Ronda, Monda, Coin and more. During the months October - April you can take a 1 1/2-2hr drive inland to the Sierra Navada where you can ski, they have championship runs there and the ski-ing is great, should you want to stay a couple of days they have some good hotels.
The Calahonda / Royal Beach area
To get your bearings quickly and "hit the ground running", the best advise is to take the train!
Yes, just outside the apartment complex a small "Fun Train" operates every 30 minutes to take you around the immediate Calahonda Area. Hope "on or off" as often as you like for a single daily fee of just ONE EURO! It circles the area so it will always bring you back to the apartment complex. You may get excited but you won't get lost!
Now, you'll be immediately familiar with the local Shops, Bars and Restaurants and ready to plan your first night and days entertainment. If of course, you have not jumped off the train and instantly absorbed the friendly local atmosphere.
Now that you have settled, you can now start to spead you wings! But lets not fly too far first....
What about the beach? Well, you have two choices here ... but that's not all
Within the Calahonda area you are spoilt for choice with all that the area has to offer. A 10min drive west along the coast you are in 'Marbella' with the new 'La Canada' shopping mall, designer shops, pretty Orange square and much more, a further 5min along the coast and you are in 'Puerto Banus' with all the luxury yachts, superb shops, restaurants and nightlife. Going east a 10min drive will take you to Fuengirola, here they have good shopping, an Aqua park and a Marina. A further 10min to Benalmadena, here you have 'Tivoli World', this is a theme park with lots to see and do, with daily shows, fun rides in fact something for all ages. On the coast there is the beautiful 'Puerto Marina' with a Sea life centre, boat trips fishing and Dolphin watch
