Modern, open-plan kitchen with oven, sensor hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, diswasher and built-in microwave. Kettle and toaster supplied. Ample marble worktop/breakfast bar.
Large living room affords dining area with table and four chairs. Lounge area has two double sofas 32" TV, Sky, DVD, coffee table.

The complex boasts a number of shared pools, all within easy walking distance.
The apartment's extensive patio overlooks the most wonderful scenery, any time of the day, it's simply beautiful.
Dining on the patio in the evening is a must.
One set of bedlinen is supplied for each rental period. For longer stays laundry can be changed at a cost of 49 euros. Towels are supplied for each person and fresh are available at a similar cost. Bring your own beach towels.
Remote controlled air-conditioning provides heating as well, in lounge and bedrooms. Underfoor heating in the bathroom when required. A welcome pack is available from 15 euros.
Bookings will be considered confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
A security deposit of 150 euros will be required upon arrival, which will be refunded in full at checkout, provided the apartment and contents are in the same condition as at arrival. Any damage/breakage will however need to be repaired/ replaced before any balance of deposit can be refunded
The Costa del Sol region
The apartment's location will allow for everyone's taste in a holiday. History and culture abound in this area of Spain, should that be your forte, Ronda being a particular favourite.
For the outdoor types among you, great walking from your apartment, and for the sports enthusiast, are well catered for with tennis courts, gym, horse-riding, water sports and endless golf at your fingertips.
For the beach-hugger you're spoilt for choice and all are very nearby by car.
The Calahonda / Las Palmeras de Calahonda area
Virtually anything you could/would want is less than half an hour from your door.
There are several sandy beaches to choose from, Calahonda are a just a few minutes drive away. Cabopino and La cala de Mijas are a further five minutes drive and well worth the visit.
Places to visit close by are Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro (westward) and Benalmadena Marina (eastward) can all be reached by car or frequent buses.
Some 20 wonderful golf courses all within 45 minutes drive and 6 virtually on your doorstep. This is the perfect, ideal location for golfers. Spoilt for choice.
There is private terrace and a lovely relaxing pool nearby.
Restaurants in Calahonda are abundant and cater for most cuisines and the bars will provide most brands these days. Give the local restaurant a try, 'Nata y Meil'; food is very good and it is open lunchtimes and evenings - only 10 minutes walk. Or you can take the car or the tourist tram.
A bar and supermarket are next to the Restaurant so there's no need to venture further if you don't want to. On the way to the apartment you will pass Club del Sol (tennis and squash courts) and in Calahonda at 'el Zoco' you will find banks/Atms, ironmonger, large supermarket, more bars/cafes/restaurants with infamous 'English all day breakfast' for the homesick. Pleasing to know it's all here to make your stay most enjoyable.

We have just spent 3 weeks at this property and it has felt like home. Very settled and very comfortable. If you want something thats well out of the way then this is it. Peace and quiet, spotlessly clean, Big Terrace with amazing views, lovely furniture, a fully equiped kitchen and UK SKY TV so was able to have some nights in front of the TV and then up bright and early for the beautiful days. If i had to pick anything that i would say i didnt like it would be a purely personal comment that the double bed was too soft, but like i say, thats totally a personal comment and not a complaint. A car is an absolute must as its right on the top of the calahonda hill, but the apartment is right in the middle of all the resorts and is a perfect place to have a truly wonderful holiday away from everything. Lastly i would like to thank the owners for providing us with such a lovely apartment and look forward to returning again. Happy holidays everyone !!!!

Excellant apartment , very spacious with modern roomy kitchen . Very clean and especially airy and cool in the evening for sleeping. Large terrace shaded in evening ,ideal for dining . Good communication with owner and you get what it says in description. Private secure underground parking and automatic gates into complex. On site apartment manager . Very quiet pool area kept in immaculate condition.
