Samcasa is a luxury townhouse situated within a gated development in the village of Cala Vinyas. Ideal for couples, golfers or families it sleeps up to six people The villa itself is only 250m from the beach and is set within landscaped gardens with use of a lovely 30m pool. It is within ten minutes of five of the island’s top golf courses.
Samcasa comprises two bedrooms, one of which has a superking sized bed, which may be split into two singles, the second has a double bed. Both rooms have their own balcony , the master has a sea view and both have en suite bathrooms. A large split level lounge and dining area leads to a kitchen with all mod cons. Outside an extensive sunny terrace with a BBQ is perfect for morning coffee and breakfast or that evening glass of wine . This luxury house is fully air-conditioned with satellite TV, DVD, HiFi and games. In the cooler months their is also central heating.. Should the quiet pace of the village need some variety your are not far from anything!
It is ideally placed in the south west of the island for touring the whole island. Palma city with its old charm and cathedral is only 20 mins away as is the beautiful hillside village of Valldamossa. The high class Portal Nous and it lovely marina with all the millionaire's boats is only 10 mins away and the lovely port of D'Antratx is 20 mins away with the pretty harbour restaurants and shops.

Mallorca is a lovely island only 2 hours flying time from the UK. All year round sun with good golf, cycling and walking available. The city of Palma is renowned for its Cathedral and Port. The South West region is also well known for its safe beaches and sailing.
Cala Vinyas area
Cala Vinyas is a quiet and friendly village on the south west coast of Mallorca only 20 minutes from Palma and 30 minutes from the airport. Samcasa is therefore perfect for exploring the island with beaches close by and only 5 minutes from the Aqualand water park by car. With Palma Nova, Bendinat, Son Vida and Santa Ponsa golf courses only 10 minutes away the villa is the perfect base for keen golfers to play some of the best courses on the Island. Although not absolutely essential, a car is strongly advised and will allow you to roam the island and visit some lovely villages inland and celebrity spot at Portals Nous and Deia.
There are two small supermarkets in the village, 4 - 5 mins walk away, which sell basic groceries. A range of restaurants are within walking distance including Chinese, English and Spanish. There is a bus stop just outside the complex which will take you to Palma through, Palma Nova and Portals Nous.

On booking 20% non refundable deposit is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 refundable bond is also required when booking. When the keys are returned and the Villa is checked the bond will be returned.
