Close to the beach, this lovely apartment overlooks the bay, the gardens and the swimming pool, allowing you to relax on the terrace whist watching your children swim in safety in the exclusive pool.

The beach is ideally suited to children with very little tide or swell and a life-guard on duty. Situated on the top (6th) floor of the building, it benefits from a winning combination of peace-and-quiet and stunning views.

The apartment is tastefuly funished and full of style and character. A king-sized bed in the master bedroom, ample parking directly outside the building and two separate showers are just some of the little touches that make this apartment a wonderful choice for your holiday.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The Island of Mallorca is steeped in history with medieval houses and working museums. Palma has a fort and many interesting shops in the old quarter, which can be reached by pony and trap if preferred. The cathedral is a great place to visit and worship.

The West Coast is mountainous while the East Coast is filled with hamlets and beaches. Boat trips can be made from all the major coastal towns both for full and half day excursions. The pirates adventure is a fab. Place for the kids as is the water parks and go-carting.

All within Magalluf Coach trips all over the Island can also be booked and you can be picked up from up from the Cala Vinyas hotel. Climate is average 25-35 in summer to 10-15 in the winter.


Cala Vinyas area

Magalluf is approx a 5 minute drive- Palma Nova 10 mins. There are many bars and restaurants and discos. During July and August many local villages have fiestas.

There are many local shops and a wide range of products are available. Toys, games, clothes, gifts, food etc.

The kitchen has a small cooker, washing machine and tumble drier. The TV has Free view, video player/recorder and a large variety of videos. Lounge and bedrooms have electric ceiling fans and framed mosquito netting which can be removed if it gets too cool. There are also electric heaters and a gas fire for the winter months, gas can be obtained from the outside staff. If Staying for more than 1 week your rent includes a change of towels and bed linen after 7 nights. 1 large and 1 small towel plus kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own Beach towels.There are buckets and spades, swimming aids and fishing rods in the top kitchen cupboards for the use of renters. You can make arrangements with Sun Launderette Magalluf if you require a cleaning service during your stay. Tel number is in the apartment.

Further details outdoors:
The swimming pool has its own sun beds with mattresses, but they have to be paid for. Your rent covers the cost of a maximum 2 sunbeds per day. If you use more we would be grateful if you would leave the money in the fruit bowl in the lounge. The pool area is supervised for safety. Children are allowed inflatables in the pool at certain times, which are posted on the entrance gate. There is a bar and restaurant on site, which is open every day from breakfast to late evening meal.

There are lifts to the car park 4th floor and sea level basement. There are 3 small supermarkets within 5 mins walk, which sell most everything. The larger hypermarkets Llidl and Mercadonna are 10 mins drive.

There are tennis courts available and the apartment is only 5 minutes drive away from the local town of Magaluff and 15 minutes from Santa Ponsa and the local golf courses

The two nearby hotels offer their facilities for non resident in the evening, like: piano lounge where you can relax by the glass of wine, cabaret evenings, karaoke and sometimes an outside disco. You are more than welcome to enjoy their facilities.

Please pay your deposit (the Bond) which is non returnable for a cancellation, to secure your booking. The remainder must be paid in full, 5 weeks from the start date of your holiday.

Please advise if your party will be more, as there may be a £25.00 per week charge for extra children depending on age.
