Large lounge area leading to the terrace with views over the beach of Cala Vinyas and sea view, this is a perfect spot for an al fresco dining.
The complex offers a community pool, so perfect on a hot day. You can enjoy sitting by the pool with a glass of wine or just soak up the sun. There is a beautiful garden area leading directly to Cala Vinyas Beach which also offers a children's play area.
The apartment is on the second floor and the complex offers two lifts and there is ample on street parking available.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the largest of Balearic Islands, and along with its sister islands of Menorca and Ibiza, lies in the Mediterranean Sea off the south east coast of mainland Spain. Flying time from most UK airports is around 2 - 2.1/2 hours and on arrival local time is one hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time.
Mallorca is a beautiful island which has a lot to offer. Many different beaches, very nice marinas, nightlife and a lot of golf courses. Mallorca has without doubt, been one of the most popular holiday destinations for all nationalities, offering a wide range of attractions to suit all tastes.
Cala Vinyas area
There are quaint, picturesque sandy coves such as Portals Vells and Cap Falco and the resorts of Palma Nova and Santa Ponsa within 5 minutes drive. Santa Ponsa, Poniente and the Royal Bendinat golf courses are just a short drive away as are the water parks and Marineland.
Historic palma centre and its charming restaurants and buzzing night life is 25 mins. Puerto Portals with its fine outdoor dining, glamorous night-life and designer shops is 10 minutes. If you require a livelier holiday Magaluf is only a 15 min walk away.
Western Water Park - is a huge entertainments water park, offering sldes, shoots, tyre journeys, lazy rivers, wonderful for children and adults. Make sure you take your sunblock !!! Opposite is Aqualand - offering many slides, shoots etc. The Go Kart track is also near here. These three attractions are located to the back right hand side of Magalluf.
On the beaches in Magaluf & Santa Ponsa there are a lot of water activities offered, from boat trips, little speed boats to hire, pedaloes, parachute trips, the yellow sausage (can you stay on it `!!) the blow up large tyres where they speed you around.

The large lounge/dining area is very modern, with wooden floors, opening to the large terrace with sea views. The dining area offers seating for four and the lounge area has a TV and Stereo. The very modern kitchen offers all the modern cons.
The terrace offers teak furniture with seating for four as well as folding chairs, parasol & sunbeds which you can take to the beach. Central Heating for the Winter, and air conditioning in Lounge and Master Bedroom for the summer.
