Ca'n Antoni is a comfortable apartment in a complex of eight, built in 2003, in a quiet area of Cala San Vicente. It is only 4 minutes from the Cala Molins, Cala Carbo, Cala Clara, Cala Barques. Cala San Vicente is a quiet fishing village boasting restaurants, shops, bicycle rental shops, boutiques, small shops and a market (within 4 minutes drive from two major supermarkets), a pharmacy, a bank,....

The apartment is on the first floor. On the upper floor there is a terrace with sun loungers and a dining table and benches, which if desired can be covered by an awning.The other terrace on the same floor is equipped with a table and four teak chairs.

Cala San Vicente is located 5 minutes' drive from the town of Pollensa, renowned internationally for its classical music festival in July and August. It is an ideal city for shopping, fine craft shops and art galleries. Throughout the year on Sunday mornings there is a good market for fruits, vegetables and handicrafts. Cala San Vicente is 10 minutes drive from Pollensa golf and 8 minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa. OnTuesday morning there is a fruit and vegetable market.

The nearest hospital is 25 minutes away, in Inca. There is a doctor in Cala San Vicente (summer only) and a paediatrician 10 minutes away, in Pollensa

The fantastic Mediterranean climate in Majorac offers hot summers, pleasant mild winters and springs and autumns with beautiful colors, green fields and flowers. A nice sun makes majorca an island to visit at any time of the year.

Cala San Vicente is located 5 minutes drive from the town of Pollensa, internationally known for its classical music festival in July and August (www.festivalpollenca.org). It is an ideal city for shopping, fine craft shops and art galleries. Every sunday morning there is a good market for fruits, vegetables and handicrafts.
Other interesting markets for their interest in Mallorca are in the villages of:
- Port of Pollensa (Tuesday)
- Sineu (Wednesday).
- Inca (Thursday).
- And many other ...
All markets are in the morning, where afterwards you can eat the typical Majorcan cuisine in restaurants or Cellers.

Places of interest: Palma de Mallorca (the old town), Deia, the landscape connecting the villages of Banyalbufar and Estellencs , with the Monastery of the Cartuja of Valldemossa, Sóller, Alcudia, Formentor Lighthouse and many more towns, hills, ...

The Cala San Vicente area

Cala San Vicente is well known for the beauty and tranquility of the landscape and is one of the most well known places near Pollença. Beautiful small beaches with crystal waters like Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins and Cala Carbó are the main atractive of this area. In Cala San Vicente are set the prehistoric caves of Alzinaret, belonging to the Bronze Age Mediterranean. These prehistoric caves were built around the year 1600 b. C. and belong to the popular culture of the island with the name of pre-Talaiots. The area is currently protected and can be visited freely.

Cala San Vicente also offer many fantastic walks moving through the breathtaking scenery, we also offer several high quality restaurants that allow you to enjoy different cuisines. And several bars and cafes with terraces overlooking the sea.

Natural environment
The municipality of Pollença has a good location for nature lovers, walkers will find many options in their various locations.
The area has a rich indigenous botanical heritage that is manifested in different plant communities ranging from the role of the oak grove, wild olive tree, forests and 'garballó' (unique mediterranewan specie of palm) today, including other endemic plants which grow in an area of mountains near Cala Sant Vicenç.

Walking tours
Calvary
At the top of the hill of the same name is the oratory of the Calvario, built between 1795 and 1799. To access it you have to climb a 365-step stair while seeing a splendid panoramic view over Pollença town.
Puig de Maria
Sanctuary located 330 metres high, the foot of the village, with a chapel, refectory, tower, walls ... all built between the late fourteenth and fifteenth century. The Gothic style prevails. It is a place to experience one of the best panoramic views of Mallorca.
La talaia d´albercuix.
This defensive tower is on top of a mountain of 380 metres, where we see a splendid panoramic view over the bay of Pollensa and Formentor peninsula. The monitoring tower was built in the sixteenth century as part of the defense system because of numerous pirate raids in Mallorca. If the visibility is good, you can see the island of Menorca.
Puig de santuïri
This special botanical interest. Located 1.5 km from Pollensa in Pollensa Bay.
The Albufereta has recently been declared a Natural Park.

“Great location, comfortable apartment with lovely roof terrace” Very helpful owners, a complete pleasure to deal with (home baked biscuits on arrival!). Apartment is well located, easy short walk (less than 5 mins) to very pleasant small beach with a decent couple of eateries next to the beach for a morning coffee/breakfast or lunch. Most mornings i would take the kids to the local beach, have a breakfast coffee. Beach is good for young children. Lots of other good beaches and places to visit a short drive away. Cala San Vincente is a good base if you want something a bit quieter than the bigger resorts such as Puerto Pollensa. A further 5 mins walk on from the beach takes you into Cala San Vicente which has a larger beach, also good with more restaurants. Second floor apartment is well equipped with 2 good size bedrooms so ideal for family of 4. Roof terrace is a good outdoor space to eat and relax. There is access to a narrow shared pool but we visited in early April so didn't take the plunge, although the sea was warming up at this time and we had some pretty decent weather across the week. If you want a well kept base in an interesting location with great beach just a few mins walk away, where you'll be spending most of your time out and about this apartment is ideal.

“Great apartment in lovely, quiet destination” Antoni, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed, however he still managed to meet us at the apartment when we arrived to show us around. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you would need for a short stay, including a good WI-FI internet connection, everything you would need in the kitchen/dining area, air conditioning, central heating and a safe. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It benefits from a private balcony as well as a roof terrace with sun loungers and a dining area. The shared swimming pool is lovely - it was cleaned twice in the week we stayed - and also hardly used by the other apartment owners (though this was October). Cala San Vicente is a lovely, relatively quiet destination. There are three small beaches and two or three small shops within walking distance of the apartment, as well as a few restaurants. For larger shopping we'd recommend Eroski - there are two on the Puerto Pollensa-Cala San Vicente road. If coming here you could consider not using a car. You can pre-book a bus from Palma airport to Cala San Vicente or a taxi. The local bus service from Cala San Vicente to Puerto Pollensa is very good. Many people seem to use the local taxi service instead of public transport. There are a lot of available taxis and fixed prices mean you know exactly what you can expect to pay, though you should always check the price with the driver before getting in. One word of caution. If considering a visit to Formentor beach (which is really worth it - it's lovely) then we would strongly recommend NOT driving. Instead, you can drive or take a taxi to Puerto Pollensa, from where you can take a boat to the beach. The road to Formentor beach from Puerto Pollensa starts calmly enough, but once you start driving into the mountains it becomes extremely twisting and if, like us, you meet a double-decker coach coming the other way, it can be very scary!

“Lovely apartment in great location” We had a lovely holiday in your apartment which had everything we needed. Just a short stroll from a great sandy beach and a few good restaurants. Really enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace watching the sun go down. Also appreciated the welcome pack - the fruit was lovely and lasted us all week. Would definately recommend to either couples or families. Thank you.

“Simply beautiful” The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Two beaches and small shops are within walking distance of the apartment. The kitchen is very well furnished and equipped with more things than you need. We liked everything, especially the large roof terrace.
