El Bosque is a very comfortable, newly redecorated apartment suitable for 4 persons or a family of 4, set in a small but beautiful, private complex of only 40 apartments, with lovingly maintained, palm fringed gardens.
The apartment is set in a quiet but central part of town – 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 1 minute walk to the nearest bar/restaurant/shops and only 500m to the Harbour or Marina – with its regular boat trips to Minorca and around the island. If you are looking for a lively holiday, The Promenade is situated by the Harbour – which is full of good bars and restaurants.
The apartments have their own pool with adjoining kiddy pool and sun beds. The 1st floor apartment has two bedrooms. There is a bath, with separate shower. Lounge and dining area with TV and DVD player and a sofa. The kitchen is newly fitted this year and fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, fridge/freezer etc. There are two balconies (one for relaxing/eating - with a table and chairs and one utility balcony for the washing machine, ironing board, clothes dryer etc.)
The apartment also has recently installed heating - for those winter months!

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Majorca (Mallorca) has always been a popular holiday destination. But there are many parts of the island that are unspoilt and not in the British holiday brochures! The Cala Ratjada (Cala Rajada) area is one of them. Cala Ratjada is situated on the North East coast of the island.

Cala Ratjada is surrounded by three beautiful pine forests and picturesque mountains. Half an hour walk through pine forests or 5 minute drive you will find the best beaches on the island, with white sands and breathtaking views. It hosts one of the most beautiful beaches (Cala Aqualla) with the cleanest waters in the Mediterranean – due to the fast moving straight between Majorca and Minorca. Only a 20 minute drive north you will find the better know Cala Mesquida.
Capdepera is only 2kms inland. A beautifully unspoilt Spanish village, with the best bars/restaurants in the area, complete with its own 13th Century castle.
Local facilities include: 3 of the best Golf Courses on the Island are within 4km from the apartment (Canyamel, Roca Viva in Capdepera and Pula-Golf in Son Servera), horse riding, tennis, a diving school, boat trips, sea fishing and the only Hot Air Balloon facility on the Island.
There are also plenty of festivals year round.
How to get there
Fly to Palma where you can either get a taxi (approximately 90 Euros).
